Neighbors was loud playing music at 6:30am and had puppies that wined all night long and the female manger didn’t do anything on Friday morning and the male manger didn’t do anything about it Saturday or Sunday morning just said I will look in to it. Even 4 to 5 rooms down reported it and that manger told her the same thing. Which to me was very disrespectful to us

Had gotten a single king with balcony on the second floor. It was directly overlooking the sand and water. I was in the 4th floor which is third from ground level. I will be returning the the hotel in the future as well as try some of the other places they have.

I travel all around the world. And this place looks amazing in the pictures. But unfortunately is a nasty dump. Not well taken care off. Bugs, roaches, dirty floors, dirty furniture. Bathtub falling apart disgusting. I had rented 3 nights but then realize I needed 4 nights rented one night ahead of others and hardly slept all night. You can even hear the tv and the people next door. They should not make this a non refundable place, and honestly I believe main reason why they make it non refundable because I’m sure half of the people would be disgusted of this place. I rent to and tons of places and this is the first time I’ve had this horrible experience. I would hope hotel had the decency of refunding my money back.

Hotel room was not like the pictures. Pictures on the site showed updated bathrooms with walk-in showers. Our suite was completely outdated and nasty.

Upon arrival, it was easy to get our room and settled in. We get in the room, and there was only 1 sheet to sleep with per bed. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. And we were the only balcony without seats. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room had bed bugs. When reported to the front desk the lady said there was nothing they could do, and she would put it in the system. Said she was aware of the bed bugs. Manager was not there at the time, when we went to check out the manager was there and he was very rude also. Told him about the bed bugs and he said all of the bite marks were not enough proof and they would have to have a professional come in and prove that there was bed bugs, and we were told to leave when I said something needed to be done, and we would be leaving a review. The floors were filty and looked like they had not been moped, there was hair and sand all in the bath tub. There was a broken chair on the balcony. Housekeepers knocked on the door 3 different times in the morning before even close to the check out time at 11. The front desk was absolutely no help and so unfriendly. We have stayed here so many times and never had any issues, will never be back.

For the price to stay on the beach you probably wouldn't find elsewhere. However, they are an older hotel I do appreciate some efforts in upgrades and remodeling, but still some ways to go.

No hot water reported when we checked in no one ever came to fix it. Room wasn’t cleaned found trash in the room. Floor was never mopped. Had to go purchase cleaning items bc they never sent anyone back over to reclean the room.

The pull out bed was broken. Main door was not sealed properly and we had a cold draft all night

View was great as we got a basement floor room and could still see beach and sand, noise was not horrible from other guest, mostly quiet at night considering it was spring break. Room wasn't great as the shower had a hole in ceiling, toilet was loose, beds not comfortable and had to ask for a sheet and blanket for pull out couch to be told they didn't have enough to give me. The path to the beach had broken glass & plastic all in it so shoes are a must.it was a room with a beach view and I much needed it

We arrived was given the wrong room, mistakes happen that was fine we got our right room we paid for. Entered and the bed looked like it was going to break the legs were bent, just touching the bed made a loud noise so anytime me or my husband moved in our sleep we woke up. The bathroom shower curtain didn’t even touch anywhere near the bottom of the shower so it made a huge puddle in the floor, laid down towels to help they were almost black from how dirty the floor was after trying to clean up the water. Got hot so turned on the air conditioning, it sounded like it was about to fall out of the ceiling knocking so loud that was scary but it ok cuz the front door had such a huge crack in it that the wind just blew right into the room. Which also I guess was invitation for the cockroaches to come in we had to kill

Family vacay . Bathroom gritty painted over. Floors filthy. 1 trash can for the entire room. For a family of 4 that doesn’t cut it.

Customer service was awful. Room amenities were not all working. Bed was broke

Staff could not have been nicer… very courteous. Excellent view, perfect location directly on the beach. But the room I was in was quite old and needed some extensive upgrades. Seemed clean enough I guess but it was so old that it felt kinda grimy. But for the price I guess I got my money’s worth.

Enjoyed being right on the beach. Great view and easy stay with kids

My room condition was poor, when brought to the staff’s attention that water was leaking on the floor and the ceiling looked as though it was going to cave in my family and I were offered a another room that was a bit creepy and didn’t seem safe. After declining to move to the 2nd room I was told I could find somewhere else to stay and my virtual card would be refunded. Would not recommend!

My room was spotless, I don't know how these other reviews say they had tons of bugs, I never saw one at all! My room was clean, bright white bedding(though I did bring my own blanket. Bathroom was clean, a little outdated but they were doing renovations. The staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL! Allowed me to CHK in early bc I had gotten there early in the am after driving all night so he called me as soon as the cleaning crew had finished my room & let me CHK in. Went ahead and gave me a parking pass so I could leave my car in the lot as there was few spaces due to the renovations taking place. I had no problems!! NO ISSUES WITH BUGS ANYWHERE THAT I SEEN, including the bathrooms by the pool. It is an older hotel & you can tell(mostly bc the bathroom is not updated) but still a nice hotel w/a friendly staff! I would definitely stay there again. I had a king size suite room (2 beds separated by bath/hallway) ocean view on 2nd floor w/ balcony.

This place is right on the beach which is so nice. Walking distance to the pier. Not too loud at night. The parking isn't the best, the close spots are always full but there is an overflow lot. This place could use some renovations specifically the bathrooms, but a beachfront stay at that price is hard to beat! I would stay here again.

This was the nastiest worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was disgusting, dirty and falling apart. The keys stop working. The AC doesn’t work. There are urine stains in the bed. There was sand in all of the beds. The lights flicker. Mold is in the air intake. Parking is a joke. We had to pay $27 for an extra parking spot when it is already terrible parking. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and the pillows weren’t any better. The ceiling literally was falling in. I’ve stayed in PCB more than 50 times and this is by far the worst hotel. It would need to be completely tore down and rebuild to make it decent.

Please please please everyone before you book look at the reviews. This place is full of roaches in the bathroom in the microwave and in the fridge. White couch had multiple beown stains the couch was not white anymore. This is the type of place where you wouldn’t want to put any of your belongings down. That is why we ended up taking everything back to the car. The pictures on the site must be decoys because they are not an equal representation of what is shown at all.

Location is everything, And traveling with a family the pool play space outside area was definitely useful, not to mention how accommodating the staff was.

It was ok… other than being terrified of heights, I had a great time 😊

I know what an excellent property is and this is not 10/10. Just as many 10/10 aspects of the property are equally pooor 1/10 qualities; be prepared for the 1's

It's like buying a car knowing you have to put money into it, knowing it will still stall on you; but the car was only $500 so it's worth standing on the side of the road

Better care could definitely be taken of the property and housekeeping could do better. Another elevator would be very conveinent. Staff is otherwise very friendly and helpful.

Could have been cleaner

Older property, was concerned but the room was super clean. Very affordable and convenient. The staff was awesome. Polite and quick to respond to our needs. The rooms are not perfect but the cleanliness makes up for that

wonderful location, clean, a little run down but its an older bldg, right on the beach, great view of the ocean, friendly staff, and helpful. didnt use the pool or outside area, to cool, love the balcony

The cons- So I booked a room which was supposed to be 1 king bed for my wife and I on valentine’s day, when we entered the room there was a dirt towel on the counter, this cleaning cart in the room and the tv was on as if someone was in the room already. I went down and the front desk gentlemen was very apologetic and moved me into a different room, this room was already opened when we entered, was double beds instead of the king we requested and was a bit dirty although all of that happen, when I asked for a late checkout I was only given 30 mins when the rooms are all empty. The pros - The view we woke up to was amazing, the staff are friendly and it’s near a lot of stuff. I would stay again for the price but the rooms should be updated a bit the floors are dirty

I wish I would have taken photos the popcorn ceiling was falling off the rebath tub insert was very soft and I thought I was going to break it when I stepped into the tub. The shower or bathtub walls were were not stuck to the wall correctly with mold everywhere there was beach sand all over the floor. The only thing I have to say that was good about this motel is the bed was very comfortable even though there was bed bugs in it!
