Need upgrading!!!

This was the absolute worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. First two nights we did not have hot water, luke warm at best but mostly just cool. When ibsaid something they simply said, yea we have that problem with the end rooms, my question then why put guests in thise rooms. After 2nd night they changed our rooms, but the key never worked, so we would have to go down to front every day. We asked to have our room cleaned daily and theyvsaid they dont do that! I said i am paying for a service and i want my room cleaned daily with clean towels. We had to ask for clean towels nearly every day. Spoke to the manager and she said the room should be cleaned daily if we have asked for it, and we did ask every day. Manager did say she would comp us a free night on hotels.com, but have yet to see this. Terrible hotel, worst service ever! To top it all off, we were home for Christmas from out of state and i had just lost my son in an auto accident. Would not recommend this hotel.

First room beds not made and trash outside room. Second room looks like door was busted in by cops… coffee pot split on table. we basically slept in our clothes.. after complaining again with no results

Ride front desk staff

The building needs updates on the visual level as well as structural level. Everything outside of that was great.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The wallpaper in one of the rooms was falling off, there was black mold behind it, and there was an overwhelming cleaning product smell. Staff was nice and we got upgraded to a nicer room free of charge. Missing bulb in night lamp, low batteries in the TV remote and other details in the new room, nothing serious. The keys are reset every day after checkout time, making an inconvenience for stayovers. Staff at the front desk were absent every time we went to reset our key. They were never rude, but seemed that they don't enjoy their job. Finally, we had a heartwarming farewell from the housekeeping ladies.

Room was just okay, peeling wallpaper etc. I was put in the first room off of the lobby, so I could hear the elevator running all night, the front desk phone ringing, people talking in the lobby. The front parking lot filled up early, I had to park in the back parking lot, but the back door key scanner did not work. Would not stay again.

The condition of this hotel is poor. Needs some serious renovation. A large room but no sofa, chairs or tables- just a big empty space where they should have been. Peeling wallpaper, stained bathtub/shower, and very old worn carpet. When we checked in at 4:00 pm they didn’t have rooms ready. Several people had to wait for about 15 or more minutes in the lobby for a room. Finally we went down for breakfast at about 8:30 and there was no hot food available- the bins were empty so we just left and had breakfast elsewhere. I would not stay at this location again.

waited very long for front desk check in. not very polite. the place is dirty. to put it mildly. urge to check for bed bugs. shouting from room next door. might just look around for another hotel.

Very dirty and outdated rooms. I’ve been at better motels for cheaper.

Upon entering the hotel the lobby looked very old and rundown. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t greet us and had multiple stains on his shirt. It took an extremely unusual amount of time to be checked in. The overall cleanliness wasn’t the best when it came to the elevator and hallways. The room wasn’t so bad however we were unable to find the switch to turn on the light in the toilet area. The bed was really comfortable, but the shower was attached to a hot tub that wasn’t clean. Overall I would not recommend.

It was okay for an temporary emergency situation

I wouldn't recommend staying here. Find something safer and cleaner.

Front desk receptionists were not particularly friendly. The room was dirty and the furnitures were disgusting. The shower was cold due to insufficient hot water.

My room smelled and was shabby looking not what you’d expect from a comfort inn

Tv remotes dont work, keys dont work, gotta find your own towels and sheets, air doesnt work, sinks were slimy, never hot water for tea Also they charged 3 different prices, we had to go to desk 3 times to straighten it out. We still have to call

Found a BED BUG crawling on my pillow in the middle of the night. We checked out IMMEDIATELY! Yuck!

First of all the area was condemned. Most of the business in that area has closed down. The streets were full of potholes, and the lawn was terrible, I see that they’re remodeling, but my room was one of the ones that has not been remodeled. The furniture was old and I was not comfortable.

I liked that there was restaurants very close by

I can’t sleep is all night the people outside in the parking lot fight and talk too much

Insects, mold over the shower (room #103), ozone odor machine on at the room. Worst experience ever staying more than 20 years on the road.

On that hot day Friday I needed a room for the night and when I get there it's no refrigerator and microwave

Sketchy area. Seems as if lots of “locals” stay at the place. The elevator was not working. The gave me a room on the 3rd floor, which would have been fine except I just had knee surgery. Floors were STICKY in the room. Floors in hallways and stairways were black with mold. Stairs and hallways were hot! No air at all in those places. No security on back door at all. Breakfast was a joke. No waffle mix. 2 biscuits and 5 sausages left. Didn’t try the coffee, went to a convenience store for that. Just an overall poor experience

This place needs to be torn down or remodeled, rebuilt, refreshed from the cement to the roof! The place is horrible!! Not only is the place the Bates motel, it's employees are equally as bad, sad, lack of energy and enthusiasm to do their jobs!

Leaky shower, leaky faucets, wet carpet, the place is a dump

The clerk that admitted us was so kind and accommodating because of the electric outage he prepared a early check in,very polite and professional

The hotel and rooms are very much run down. There was weird staining on the walls, an odd smell in the room, and a large hole in the wall where the door handle had previously gone through it. I reached behind the nightstand to plug in a charger and there was a pile of some unidentifiable substance on the ground. Still 2 stars because the bed was comfortable, the sheets appeared clean, and the price was good; however, I barely slept because I was so uncomfortable with the quality of the room overall.

No towels in room. When I got them, no face towels. No door on bathroom area, only for the toilet. No microwave or refrigerator in room. For the price, I expected more but now i know.
