Everything was fine except for the morning buffet. Missing food, cold food, lack of utensils, just a frigging joke. Getting charged $13 for that was a rip off.

The hotel was clean; the staff did their job but weren't friendly- more robotic and didn't appear to enjoy their job environment. That i could live with but what i couldn't live with was how paper thin the walls and ceiling were. Stomping above us all night long the first and second night, and loud people in the room next to us the second night. We packed up the 2nd night and found a different hotel where we were able to sleep peacefully in quiet. Noise in a hotel is expected but this noise level was out of my experience, and I've traveled quite a bit for work and leisure. We won't stay again.

Their official website said $35 /dog/stay, but they actually charge you $35 dog fee $35 cleaning fee $10(no idea) for a dog. any other hotels charge whatever they say on the website, this is cheating.
Plus, very dirty in the bathroom, especially the gross stains on the toilet

We stay at this place often. It is in good shape. The rooms are always very good. Quiet, warm, and comfortable. We will return.

The staff is the reason we would stay here again. Front desk to housekeeping was outstanding. Carpet in our room was stained, peeling wallpaper, needs updating.

Very clean and attractive rooms, just far enough from the main highway to be QUIET! Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom arrangement...spacious room with shower & toilet, designed for wheelchair-bound person. But with the sink, mirror, etc. in open area adjacent to closet & bedding area, privacy suffered. (We reserved room at last minute--next time will ensure it's a "regular" room! )

The rooms here are clean, spacious, and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and although there is not a bathtub, there is a walk-in shower which I prefer. They have a happy hour and breakfast and it is located next to a very nice shopping mall. I would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently near many places to eat, a long with a shopping mall near by. My room was in average conditions. The lamps were stained and the furniture is a bit old. The staff did a great job. Overall it was a decent stay for the weekend.

Average stay. Pretty clean. My shower had a few hairs in it when I checked in which somewhat grossed me out. Also, my water pressure wasn’t the best which was annoying. However, room comfortable for most part.

Checking in wasn't great. Ended up being charged for an extra night over a technicality in hotel policy. We were unaware of policy due to third party booking. The charge was a good bit more than what we reserved the room for per night.

While I did book this hotel late, this is a Hilton property and it came with a 200/night price tag after tax. I initially thought, "I lucked out, it has a bar, pool, fitness center, and a breakfast buffet." The bar was understaffed and had no food worth while on the menu. The pool and fitness center were blocked by hotel supplies stacked in the hall access. I didn't even risk the breakfast. While walking to my room I tripped on a torn up carpet seam. In my room the arms of the couch were worn and threadbare. I could go on and on. The bed was comfortable and I wouldn't complain if this were a budget motel. This is a Hilton property and definitely not worth 200/night even in PDX.

Descent Hotel, I did book a king-size bed but for some reason, I ended up with two doubles, The couch in our room was literally deteriorating. The pool was nice and heated and the staff was friendly in regard to check-in and providing us towels when asked. The hotel just seems a little dated is all. Literally right across the street from the Washington Square Mall and less than ten minutes to the Oregon Zoo.

This property is RUN DOWN and actually kind of gross. With other comparably priced properties in the area, I can't believe they haven't had to step up their game. I booked two rooms at over $130 a room and they were bad. The room space is large and the beds are comfy but I felt icky b/c there was mold in multiple places and the majority of the furniture looked like it was chewed on or way way wayyyyy too overused. Check in guy was friendly and the bartender was very sweet.

Took a while before front office staff came to help and there was NO bell to call them. She was courteous and kind.
Shower gel and shampoo dispenser in our room were empty and had to call front office to come and give us a bar soap 🙄
For that price, the hotel is too expensive because the quality is equal some cheap motel

The room was clean and nice enough. For a long as you spend in your room while on vacation it was just fine. What I didn't like is that literally everything was extra. A bottle of water was extra, if you wanted your room cleaned each day, extra. Anything was extra money. There was no breakfast included or even offered that I could see. Just a bit odd I thought. Otherwise, it was fine.

Carpet in room was very stained and dirty. Couch had tears on it- definitely didn’t want to sit on it. The bed was nice and the bathroom was clean.

We always stay here when we come to town, always loved it, and have never been disappointed. This time, however, it was filthy. In the three days we were there, in public areas, trash cans were overflowing (both inside and out), elevator was grungy, and floors were dirty. Room 215 had several large stains in the carpet and a sofa so torn up that looked like it came from a homeless camp. I think I’ll try somewhere else next time.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. We stayed when there were large groups of school sports teams staying as well, so the lobby and halls were probably a little more messy than they would have otherwise. Walls were thick, so we didn't hear too much noise from other rooms, though. Warm cookies are always great, and the fact that they list the ingredients and calories.

This doubletree hotel is a 2.5 star. The rooms need serious remodel. Hotel is old. Broken and worn out furnishings. They charge for everything but parking.
