This hotel is very easy to access and has many restaurants in the immediate area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The free breakfast is a nice addition.

I really like this hotel because it is in an ideal location, and it is clean. The decor is traditional and some things are slightly dated, but the breakfast is unique and delicious compared to other hotels.

Great and easy access if traveling on the Interstate 5 . Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Overall great experience!

Breakfast was disapointing and seemed worse than in the past. Scrambled eggs were lifeless (powdered?), bacon was way too perrery, ham was dried out.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Good parking and plenty of restaurant close by. Friendly staff. The only negative is that the breakfast was not the healthiest one.

Grand Hotel was super clean but outdated. Walls are paper thin. We could hear the people above us walking around all night. Lighting in room was fluorescent, not warm and welcoming. Breakfast was good for continental breakfast. We wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel and the staff are amazing!!! I accidentally booked one day after I meant to on Expedia and was on my way to the hotel. I originally asked them to change my reservation and they told me that since I booked through Expedia I'd have to contact them. I was on hold waiting for someone to answer from Expedia when I got a text from the hotel telling me that they had contacted Expedia and changed it for me. When I got to the property it was clean and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again and continue to be a repeat customer for my events in town. The only thing I didn't like was that every time I went outside via the main entrance there were smokers present close to the door. Also, there was a coffee maker/ coffee bar on a shelf connected to the bathroom. That seemed really weird and unsanitary. I don't have to use the coffee bar though and I hope they'll enforce a minimum distance from the door for smokers.

I like to always stay here when I’m traveling through the area. The beds are comfortable, it’s quiet, near a shopping center, theater, and places to eat. The area is beautiful! This hotel also serves a complimentary hot breakfast.

Everything was pretty great, except the bed was just a bit too firm & the bathroom fan didn't work in my room 433.. I would definitely stay here again over most other places.!

Everything was great except the bed pillows were too hard for me.

As mentioned above everything was good but the noise from the bathroom one floor above was not. I mentioned this to the front desk and she said she would pass it along to management.

Awesome stay as usual as this was my 4th stay at the property. Special shout out again to Denise who always makes the stay so much better from The Front Desk...Keep Up the Great Job !!!

Property was clean, easily accessible & room was a very good size. Only negative is my room did not get direct light.

This is an excellent hotel that serves an amazing breakfast! The rooms are well appointed and super comfortable. We have zero issues and just enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The hotel appears to be upscale and you feel at home here. I wish all hotels were like this one!
