The staff s super nice and friendly but the hotel needs some work. Our door didn’t look sturdy or like it closed. And you can hear EVERYTHING including the person who ran around the room above us at 11:30 pm. Not necessarily hotels fault but you can hear EVERYTHING. So don’t look for sound proofing. The bathroom needs updating, the bed covers are paper thin and the carpet felt gross. So wear shoes

I was not happy with some things regarding my stay at Sonesta. The fold out sofa bed did not have extra sheets or comforters. The bathroom had only two towels and no roll of toilet paper out available. When we laid on the bed we notice a big bed bug crawling on top of the sheets. After advising the front desk of the pest issue we were moved to another room. We were then “upgraded” to a one bedroom suite which only difference was a door separating the bed from the desk and sofa. This suite as well did not have suficiente bedding for the beds available as stated when we booked the suite. (Sofa bed) The room was cold and drafty even with the thermostat set hot. It was late when we had to switch rooms so we ending up missing breakfast which is only from 6:30am to 8:30am so I don’t know how breakfast is like. We expressed our issues to management when we checked out and all they provided was a sorry. Not a pleasant stay. I can say it was priced economically for one night. But not to happy about the stay overall

Showed up to hotel at 3:40pm. Front desk tried billing me a $15.00 fee for early checkin, checkin was 4:00pm. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes to avoid charge. The charge a daily parking fee, plenary of parking unsure why they charge the fee. Room keys didn’t work. Seemed to be iterated I booked via Hotels.com and not directly thru them. Not friendly nor accommodating. Hallway carpets were stained and in rough shape.

I do not understand the $5.00 for parking.

The first room reeked of smoke, the second room had a malfunctioning door lock. Our eventual room was fine, had two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Broken microwave, no ice machine or ice tray. Missing pots, cutlery, had one glass to drink from and broken stemware. The pan was completely scratched. The reason I chose a kitchen was so I could cook. If brought some bowls with me and they gave me a giant pot so I was able to make eggs. I brought this up to the attention of management twice and received no recourse. I didn't get a chance to take pictures. Do not recommend if you need a kitchen.

Great spot for families to stay with spacious rooms and kitchen. Breakfast was pretty good. The pancake conveyor belt was a big hit with our 4 year old. The area was ok, but in a convenient location to restaurants and stores. Alot of graffiti and trash on the grounds, which was less than appealing, but the hotel its self is clean and well maintained.

Only complaint mattress was poor and needs replacement.

We did not have a great check-in, and the woman who was at the counter was very rude to us, and other customers behind us. Then once we got into the room, our television didn’t work. It would shut down randomly and the channels wouldn’t load. After a long day we wanted to just relax and enjoy staying in a hotel but were made to feel like more of a chore than a valued guest which was discouraging.

They charged $15 for checking in one hour early. The room was dirty (stove top, air vent and tub not cleaned). They moved me to another room and refunded the $15. They charged a $250 deposit for incidentals and I was only staying one night. Just not worth it.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures showed. The lobby was decent but that was it. The staff Debbie and James were nice however the rooms and the building overall were filthy. Our room had stains on the couch, stains in the shower and food remnants on the floor. The room obviously had not been vacuumed or thoroughly cleaned. During the stay the tv had gone out then a few minutes later the fire alarm went off and stayed on for at least a half hour. The tv never returned until just before check out the next day. The hotel is essentially a live in residence for workers and their families. Had I known that and had I not been stranded due to the snow storm I would’ve left. They tried to switch my rooms twice but those were even worse than the first room I had so unfortunately we just chose to stay in the room we had. We didn’t have a choice.

All around great stay. Thank you no

The clientele of the property were very suspect. There were beer cans and other litter on the parking lot and property grounds. There were people partying and walking the halls until 4 am. Lots of “migrants” staying at the property.

Woman at the front desk had a terrible personality. Charged is $15 extra to check in early. Had a terrible attitude.

I have never stayed at any of the Sonesta before so wanted to try a diffrent hotel. Check in was very plesent domonicka front desk receptionist was very plesent, the room we were provided had no utensils for cooking, 1 cup for coffee, the bathroom wall paper was torn off the wall, the bath tub was rusty and dripping water to tub, it smelled in the hallways of smoke the people staying across from us blasted music all night long horriable experiance never stay here again. Seemed like people were living there. Gross

Ive stayed at two other Sonesta ES hotels, this one was not as nice as the other two. It was slightly outdated the rooms, the showers had pitted rust on them, and the morning breakfast was sub par compared to my other stays.
The staff was super helpful and friendly. It was an okay stay this weekend, just was slightly unhappy with my stay compared to my other stays with this hotel company.

When we walked in our building, the smell of food cooking was everywhere, even in our suite. The floor in the elevator was dirty. the breakfast was nice.
Beds were fine. Room was a nice size.

The room was very dated and not what I expected for almost $300 a night. We had a two bedroom suite with a sofa bed which was deplorable. The sofa was sunken in and stained the mattress was also stained and rusted. Had to go to the local store and purchase an Air Matress because the sofabed was unusable. There was a loud noise that was coming from the heating system and the fridge started making loud noises in the middle of the night that caused us to unplug it just so that we could sleep. I really dont understand how you recieved such a good rating on such a terrible property. I would never suggest that anyone should stay at this property until they fully remodel there units, this was totally unaccectable

set quiet time for all stays please

Good to deal with, room was clean. Hallways were not that nice, and could use more amenities (pool was closed, workout room pretty sparse, no real lounge). Charging $5 for self parking in the parking lot is kind of ridiculous

The room wasnt clean well if at all items from the people before me were in the room the table food on them the refrigerator was dirty the tub was dirty and the sofa bed was broken and no sheets or blankets

I booked this hotel in March 2023, for a July stay (Lacrosse tournament) and PAID IN FULL. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed at the front desk that Expedia cancelled my reservation and they were fully booked. The woman at the front desk and the manager jumped in to help me and we're able to get me a room at the Sonesta sister site next door. So I really can't comment on this hotel, but wanted to say how helpful their staff was.

Empty parking lot and still charges for parking. Two different Sonseta resorts on the same property so if you go to the wrong one you have to load and unload your car numerous times. Air conditioner very noisy

I've stayed at Sonesta in other states and this was not on par. They wanted to charge us $15 to check in just a little early which most hotels do not do. Then, when we were able to check in at exactly 4:00 pm, the room, which was supposed to be smoke free, smelled very strongly of pot. This was a handicap accessible room so there were no options. I was traveling with my kids and had to run down to the office to request a deodorizing spray, but all they had was liquid disinfectant. I felt sorry for the woman at the front desk since I could tell she deals with a lot of headaches all the time. The breakfast was the high point of the stay.

The hallways all reeked of pot. Building B floors were pretty gross. I had someones hair on my bed and the smell of stale weed permeated throughout the place. Never again... and pay for parking in an empty lot? seriously?

This place was terrible. The rooms had black stains in carpet, burn hookah marks on the and bugs. I’ve nasty. Not a place for kids.

Poorly designed toilet area.needs grab bars both sides of toilet…shower floor was ok but when you step out of the shower, the remaining floor in the bathroom area is extremely slippery. I’m surprised you have not had a lawsuit from someone slipping. Breakfast was much too early for us to take advantage of it Monday through Friday. I would think 9 o’clock or 930 would be a little bit better for people because it seems like you’re almost hoping people don’t come. And then there was a broken door that nobody bothered to fix or repair over the whole weekend so people had to walk a lot further around and there were really no directions for where to go besides any other doors. So we were not happy about that because we were all the way at the very end of the hallway, which is also not a good handicap accessible thing for people who have trouble walking long distances, so I would probably not stay there again.

Did not like bathroom tub has bad stain. No linen for sofa couch and the couch has stains. Not enough towel and washcloths. It was ok for one night stay. 250.00 for deposit and theres nothing to damage. Room was 200.00. I will not stay again. Maybe stay at Fairfield Inn which is bext door.

I didn’t like that because we arrived an hour early we couldn’t check into our rooms without paying an additional $50 per room so we waited in the lobby with all our bags and dog. It wasn’t because the rooms weren’t ready
# 2-The elevator was very dirty, especially the carpet-hadn’t been vacuumed in days
#3- the clerk put an additional $250 on my bill “just in case” I purchased something which brought my bill to $479 initially. I have never had such a “pre” charge billed to my credit card during any other hotel stay
#4 there was a leak in the bathroom sink
