Hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has an inside path directly to the casino! Our room was very nice and we needed to use our room card in the elevator also which made us feel safe.

Great rooms, quite big, nice and clean. Great bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Good breakfast at the food court/C-Level (Croissanterie). I had a very good surf and turf at the Urban Table. They have a large and free parking lot, with a nice view of the Bethlehem Steel Mill. 5mins from downtown Bethlehem.

Overwhelming smoke smell in non smoking room. Same smell was in other areas of the hotel . The beds were not good . They almost looked lop sided . Your feet were higher than your body. Little strange and super soft mattress . The one sitting chair in the room was stained on the arms of the chair , and the seat cushion, obviously noticeable. Wasn’t quite sure what the stains were from so we didn’t use that chair at all .
Bathroom was nice and clean . Staff was super nice . Floors were nice and clean .

Bathroom still had hair in the shower, toilet some small pieces of toilet paper on the floor. I feel misled by the casino promotion that was not fully explained to me.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The customer service was wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again. Just to add, the bed and pillows are very comfortable.

We had a no smoking room however someone next to us was smoking and it completely came into our room and was all we could smell all night. Was very unpleasant.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It checks every box. The hotel is immaculate, the service is perfect and it has a modern luxury vibe.
The Spa was one of my trip highlights. The spa accommodations and services were excellent. The Spa manager and her team are exceptional in every way.
I look forward to my next stay at the Wind Creek in Bethlehem | PA.

Nice and clean hotel all the time. There are smoking room. Overall fee to stya is not low. Casino is in each building: Hotel and visitor area. Chop house is in visitor building.

I prechecked in at 3:30P and was told my room would be ready in 20 minutes as was a friend of mine for her room.We never received a text after 20 minutes so returned to front desk so my friend got her room but i was told someone removed me from wait list and would take another 15 minutes that was at 4:05P...I didn't receive text til 4:50P that my room was finally ready.Also note that my Cousin who checked in for his room also at 3:30P was given his room immediately i guess because he was staying in the new wing which i question now that why wasn't i offered a room in new wing instead of having to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Our room had a few issues… bath sink didn’t drain, shower hot water valve didn’t work… sink was never fixed. After they repaired the shower they (repair or housekeeping) left room door propped open for hours according to security video, until we arrived back at 10PM. Lucky nothing was missing. Security was not helpful or apologetic.

We enjoyed a Saturday night at the resort hotel. The room was new and nice, with a comfortable bed.
However, they refused to give us a late checkout even though the hotel wasn't full. The phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't call the desk or order room service without going downstairs. And for the price I would have expected regular glasses, not styrofoam cups.
But overall we would stay there again.

The toilet clogged up, and I waited an hour for someone to fix it. We didn't have toilet paper, and the room smelled smoky; we finally got the toilet unclogged and our toilet paper. Wind Creek staff apologized I wouldn't stay there and that it was not worth the price

Favorite casino in PA. The hotel is nice, clean and updated. Great options for dining, shopping and other activities but the casino is def the nicest to me out of the other PA casinos. Hotel, casino and security staff are nice and personal which is always appreciated. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the amenities were great for what we needed and a family- pool, big tub in the suite, lots of dining options, places for kids to play. The other guests were a bit unsavory but I understand this can't always be accounted for, we just happened to have two less than pleasurable experiences during a one night stay, so it feels worth noting.
