Beautiful property!! So relaxing, pool areas were awesome, lots to do, and we were right on the ocean. Key lime pie in restaurant was great. Bar along the ocean. Staff were very friendly and place was super clean. Definitely returning!

Beautiful hotel with a stunning pool surrounded by palms. We had a Garden room, it was really large, clean and well decorated.

Beautifully design resort, with a Florida Key high-end vibe from the Lobby reception to the decoration of the rooms. Spacious 3brm with confortable beds and each room with its own balcony. Very relaxing time.

Was nice place just for quiet getaway. Didnt like the fact that one bar on property would make there own hours and overcharged for drinks. Would stay in keywest for a little more stuff to do next time.

First time to the keys and loved. room was perfect!

Our stay at Tranquility Bay was amazing! We stayed in one of the beachfront two-bedroom houses and it was even better than expected! The house was perfect for our family of four, which includes my husband and I and our two daughters - a late-teen and a 9-year old. The full kitchen was great because we were able to buy groceries for most of the week and didn't have to eat out for every meal. We also appreciated the inclusion of a washer and dryer in the second bedroom so we were able to run some laundry before heading home! The private beach and property grounds were beautiful and well-kept, and all staff members we interacted with were incredibly friendly. The resort is immediately next to the Turtle Hospital, which made for a quick walk to such a neat spot. The large lagoon-style pool was great and we spent a lot of time there - we were even lucky enough to get to hang out with some of the iguanas who made the area their home! Overall, I would highly recommend this resort, especially to those traveling with kids. All four of us absolutely loved our time there and were sad when it was time to head back home to the Midwest. The resort's location is great with a 35-45 minute drive north to fun family spots like Robbie's and Islamorada Fishing Company, and just a little over an hour down to Key West. We will definitely be back!

There is nothing wrong with this property except the price which is exorbitant for what you get. The 3 bedroom waterfront house has uncomfortable furniture and the outside deck needs replacing (splinters and exposed nail heads). When we checked in they had just finished cleaning and there was a giant cockroach in the bedroom and the safe was broken. It took 8 phone calls and 2 days to get it fixed. The drinks at the tiki hut were $20 each and barely drinkable. We waited an hour for the water sports guy to show up (during his business hours) and he never did. The place is more a condo rental than a resort. I paid an average of $1,500 a night and I expected more. We won’t be back.

The room needed a massive refresh. The bathroom floor grout was black (with mold I assume) and the shower was terrible (e.g., calking job of a four year old; my wife did not take a shower at all during our stay). The Tiki Bar was depressing (and even the $17 margaritas couldn't make it nice). No beach access to swim. I could look pasty this if the hotel rate was much much lower than we paid. Also, the extra $52 charged on-site for "resort fee" was ridiculous.

Clean and good service

This resort is PERFECT for families and small groups. We chose the room with only water glimpses and it was just as good as staying on the water. We will absolutely return for years to come! The grounds are incredibly breathtaking and worth every penny. A few cons: The actual rooms. We had a baby and spent most of the time in our room. The furniture is a little dated and old (the couch has stains and just felt damp 24/7). The tiles are cracked and some are completely loose. The shower heads look like they haven’t been changed in at least 5-7 years. The rooms could benefit from some TLC. The views and grounds make up for some of those concerns. Also, the doors don’t close all the way. Made me feel a little unsafe….

Perfect location-so close to restaurants and stores along the main road, but yet you feel like you’re in a secluded paradise because the entire resort is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and tropical foliage! Our king garden room was beautiful and quiet and conveniently located next to the small pool which we hung out at 2 of the days during our stay. We loved just about everything and will definitely stay there if we ever return to the Keys. Only 2 minor things we didn’t like: #1 the lack of water pressure in the shower, takes forever to wash the shampoo and conditioner out. #2 lots of seaweed on the beach.

Very nice place (despite gale-force winds while we were there). Would like to go back, but ain’t cheap.

The property was beautiful and very well taken care off. Service at Tiki bar and around pool area was extremely good. Service in rooms was not good, didn't clean kitchen, make beds or clean my bathroom. We didn't eat at the restaurant which looked beautiful but was only open at night for an expensive dinner, seemed like waste of a beautiful space with an outside terrace.

It really lives up to it's name - Beautiful and definitely tranquil. Only semi-con - eating and drinking on property too expensive

Beautiful property, 3 different pools and nice beach area. Clean rooms.

We enjoyed sitting on the top porch with a view of the gulf. Both day and at night. It was nice and quiet.

Landscaping is immaculate, pools are top notch-with biggest in the keys(with noisy kids sometimes) a small one 4 solitude and a turd pool ( as checkn guy called it!) 4 extra solitude, Think he had an accent! Wish he could have offered an upgrade when I mentioned it was our anniversary but other than that, hard 2 beat this place!

The reception was great. Otis was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The unit was comfortable and bright good location to the other facilities. The cleanliness was ok. The floors in the downstairs bathroom were very dirty. The bedrooms were clean but found a couple roaches. The wall in the bedroom with twin beds was dirty and upon arrival the power in the room was off. There wasn't any bedding for the pull out bed I had to request it. The phone in the room had very poor reception. The beach front was poorly kept and a bit underwhelming. There was an area on the property that wss littered with dog 💩..i hope this helps you improve your facilities.
