The hotel was very clean and quiet, this also if close toa hospital. I appreciated the cookies that were offered to me when i arrived and after the check out.

Was in town for the night for a show at the Wang Theater. Staff was very friendly, very helpful with recommendations. Bed was not the most comfortable. The room could use some tlc. It was exactly what we were looking for for a quick overnight trip. I would absolutely stay again, especially if we were going to another show.

Booking was easy and the customer service is always top notch. Easily this is the best hotel I have stayed at. I stayed here for well over a month while my Husband was in the hospital. They were accommodating and easy to work with making things easy while I focused on other things.

When I booked at this Double Tree I was given a price of 160 dollars for the room. That’s the price I expect to pay. I got to the hotel to check in and the price doubled because of FEES. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? One of these fees was a PARKING FEE and I took the train in and a taxi!!!! I didn’t even park and was given a snarky attitude by the girl at the desk as if this should be some normal expected thing I should pay upon arrival! I was in town for one night with obviously no car to run around and find something so I was stuck paying almost 300 dollars for a room I thought I’d be paying half that price for. I then found a huge wad of toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival into a very mediocre room definitely not worth 300 dollars. And the bed and pillows are criminal they are so awful. I woke up with a back and neck ache and the beginnings of a migraine from the most uncomfortable sleep I may have ever had then loud insistent tapping on the door from housekeeping to round it all off. This hotel is garbage. You could not pay me to stay here or suggest it to anyone.

Our favorite hotel in Boston because it is near Chinatown and next to the T-station, but its rooms are on the small end.
