Very clean!! Bed was comfortable, full kitchen was included, and a great price. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had lots of options! Would definitely stay again!

I was in town for a 1 night stay. This hotel was in a good location and seemed safe. The staff was nice as well.
Good amenities including fitness room, guest laundry, paid snacks, complimentary breakfast.
Only down side was that I missed on the listing that the pool is outdoor, which was a bummer as I had assumed it was indoor.
Room was nice, decent size and overall pretty clean. Bed was clean and comfortable too. The shower head was set to a single hard stream, which wasn't ideal and I couldn't adjust it. It seemed to be stuck.
Overall I was happy with this hotel and would stay again.

Everything about this stay was great. From the friendly check in (thanks, Kai!) to the comfortable room, we were pleased. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other guests. The kitchen was convenient. If we return to Brookfield, we will stay here again.

I was not sure if I would enjoy this type of property but it worked out well for us. The staff was polite and attentive. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean. The room had a few minor maintenance issues but they did not distract from overall positives of our experience.

Have stayed at this property several times and really like it. Rooms are clean, spacious, kitchen is great and desk area allows for excellent working space. Only issue I have run into is parking. Tends to be a little difficult to find a space near your room if you return later in the evening depending on their nightly capacity.

Yes - we are here visiting our family for a month and we love the two bedroom suite including our dog.
Also, they got us checked into a two bedroom suite for our entire stay so we didn’t have to move. I extended our trip at the last minute and they were great to accommodate and get us right away.
We will be back next year for over a month and we’ll stay here!
We notice that some people do not pick up after their dog. We apologize as dog lovers that people do that.

The property could use some updating. I cook my own food and the options for pans and utensils is not good. I think the fry pan was ancient and when I tried to cook a piece of salmon it was smoking, burning and tons of smoke. Also, when you walk into the lobby you are smacked in the face with this horrible air freshener! It is SO strong and I'm sure toxic. I could hardly breathe and found myself holding my breath when walking through the lobby. Staff was nice.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room, the AC wasn’t working so we called the front desk. The maintenance man came within 10 min and completely replaced the AC unit within the half hour. The room was very nice with a small stove and fridge and microwave. The breakfast was hot and good. They had complimentary popcorn and cookies on arrival. Great stay!

The room was very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. HOWEVER!!!!! The plumbing was absolutely awful. We had to move rooms because the toilet didnt flush, then on the second night of our second room the kitchen sink and the toilet were backed up. 10/10 for service but please run some draino through your system.

Grace checked me in and was simply amazing, had the best hospitality. I ran into an issue at check out and maintenance/ staff were reassuring and helpful. The room is everything that was advertised and the hotel is extremely close to a host of stores and restaurants. Will stay again. Thank you TownePlace!

The room was clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there to visit our college-age daughters, and watch our oldest perform with the Carroll University orchestra. We liked the convenience of being not far from her campus. It was also nice to have the extra space and kitchen when they came back our suite for dessert
after the concert. The only negative was that we parked in the back of our building, where we could see our vehicle from our room. But there was no entrance on that side of the building.

The kitchenettes are absolutely adorable! The rooms are kept very nice, tidy and clean. We will definitely return again! Cute and roomy, with very friendly, polite, kind staff.
