Was there for a girls weekend. The staff at the desk were very nice and friendly. The room was plenty big enough for all of us.

It was a great stay. Staff was really nice, let us check in two hours early. Rooms are so clean and spacious. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to friends. Thank you!

This was our second stay for Snowfest, we stayed in 2022 as well. The hotel stay was as expected, room was great, staff was great, breakfast was meh. However my issue is parking. The hotel does not patrol their parking lot on the busiest weekend of the year, to ensure there is space for their incoming guests. There were NO parking spaces AT ALL. If I am spending +$300 a night, I expect to be able to park my vehicle in their lot. When we stayed in 2022 there was someone patrolling the lot. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Nice, clean hotel within walking distance of all shopping and restaurants. Great location! Free breakfast setup is terrible and doesn't flow well. Walked across the street and paid for breakfast as the eating area was too small for the amount of people there.

Our room was comfortable. The only thing we could have used was another tv. The tv was positioned in-between the two sections of the room and there wasn't any space that was comfortable to watch it. It would have been nice to have two separate tv's. But other than that, the pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was great. Close to walking downtown and enjoying the local atmosphere and shops.

Very close to downtown. Can't get much better as far as location to all the shops and chicken dinner. The place looked old on the iinside and in some areas- dirty. Great bed, service, and pool. But the walls are paper thin and if your neighbor wants to talk and party all night, your screwed.: ( Hope this helps!

The hotel was fine overall. The main issue was the smell of marijuana in the bathroom. Clearly someone in the room next to us was smoking. There was bo bathroom fan, so the smell leached through the heating vents.

Room 223 had stains on the floor in front of the sink that looked like blood. The couch was dirty and needed cleaned bad! The hot tub needed some deep cleaning as well. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok.

Hotel was very convenient and accessible. Once we got inside the room the first thing we noticed was hair, crumbs, and stains on the couch. The shower would not produce hot water at 8 pm which was very disappointing after such a cold day out. When I stepped into the shower the bottom was covered In a sandy texture, I’m very happy I didn’t try to start with a bath. There was also hair over the shower pump bottles that were empty because I tried to use the body soap but nothing was in there. After the tv had been left on for over a hour it smelled of overwhelming burning so we couldn’t stay in the room without at least running the ac not on. Could add more but overall just disappointed

Trip was great. We stayed 2 nights. After first night we were told they dont make beds or give towels after first night.... i requested more towels and they gave to us no problem. The pool and hottub were nice and its located in perfect spot to explore Frankenmuth. King bed was confy, room was very clean.

Very nice staff. Sofa was not clean. Ironing board cover was not clean. Blow dryer blew so hot it burned my hair. The friendly staff exchanged it for a new dryer.

The hotel was nice but I was informed at checkin that they would only clean my room once during my five day stay. When I got to my room nothing had been restocked from the last guest so I had to go to get coffee and supplies as well as conditioner. I guess restocking is also not part of the service. For a Marriott Hotel, this one was definitely lacking.

First time staying here. Our 2 night stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable beds, very spacious. The staff is great! From the moment we checked in to the the time we checked out all staff we came in contact with were very friendly. The breakfast is awesome! And the young lady taking care of the breakfast is sweet, friendly and awesome. We only live 2 hours away and usually come into Frankenmuth twice a year. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was a pretty nice place. Price was on the higher side but this is what Biden did to America. Elevator and pool area needs some attention, two trash cans at main entrance were over flowing from the time we arrived and were not changed by the time we left.

Very happy with our stay at Springhill Suites in Frankenmuth. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast offered nice choices. Room was very clean. Enjoyed having the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Wish the refrigerator had a small freezer section for ice packs. Right in town, close to all the shops, etc.
