Arrived on Thursday and checked out on Saturday. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved all the amenities. Alot of walking to get from ft desk and restaurant area to room. Pools and family areas spread throughout. Parking on Friday an issue due to construction of new water park and more guests. All in all, had a great time.

Parking was a nightmare our second day and, despite a sign indicating parking was only for Inn guests, i seriously question if that is actually regulated. Unfair to paying Inn guests to have no parking when they return from sightseeing.

What is frustrating is the pool areas no staff is present the pool is freezing so all the kids play in the hot tub. I myself was freezing in the pool definitely not 84 degrees as it says. Then you have kids diving into a shallow pool. Unfortunately I have a feeling nothing will change until you are sued. My son couldn't even stand being in the pool.

Employees at front desk were friendly and helpful. The shower head, water pressure, and hot water were excellent! Housekeeping did a great job refreshing our room.
We ordered a pizza from Ratskeller our first night and they ended up forgetting our order which made our wait time over an hour. My husband checked on our order after waiting 40 minutes and they realized they forgot to put our pizza in the oven. No real apology was given or offer of some money back. That was disappointing.
Pool areas were nice, but employees were hard to find at any of them. Other guests were leaving messes and horse playing around, but no lifeguards or anyone in authority to make it better for all guests.
Overall our experience was good and we are glad we went.

Great weekend getaway. Shower was cold - one day walked out shivering. Waited over 45 minutes to check in. Everything else was nice. Room was clean and didn't smell.

The hotel was fun but quite busy. We were aware of ongoing construction and it was not loud, but parking was a bit of a walk. This was our second trip there and we plan to be back! I do feel like it is on the expensive side.

Room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Tub was slow to drain. Gym definitely could use updated equipment. For the price of your stay, everything should be updated in the workout room. Overall a nice stay. Lots of stuff for families. Had fun playing putt putt golf. Wouldn’t pay full price during tourist season for sure.

Very unique stay. Very small with average quality mattress. Great little getaway for the kids to enjoy the water slides and pool. Large hot tub that was nice. Really wish you didn't have to get out and walk across the room every 15 minutes for the hot tub jets though. A 30 minute timer would be sufficient.
Amazing dining at T-Dubs and Honey B's. Overall, great little get away and very affordable.

Stay was great. Good environment kids had fun in the watet park. Beds were a little hard and could use warmer sheets. Although that standard for most places i stay.

My partner and I have stayed here now a few times and have never been disappointed. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful if we need anything, and we are very excited to come back after they are finished with their new renovations in the spring!

Our room toilet had to be flushed several times to clear it. We asked for a replacement of seat. It would not stay up for men to pee. He came day one when we first arrived. We ask him to return the next day. Never saw him again.

The hotel is huge and the staff are very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. We got a family suite, but I was disappiinted that there was no in-room microwave or coffee maker. The decor was very dated and the personal care amenities were non-existant. I expected a higher quality at that price per night.

It is a beautiful place to go for a quick get away! Everything is in walking distance or you can take a free shuttle! It’s like being in little Germany

Parking was a joke. Had to walk all the way around the building with young family in the cold. Really disappointing. I rarely feel this compelled to leave negative feedback.

The food was terrible. Dry chicken, stuffing tasted strange. Very expensive too.

Beautiful resort with a lot of activities to do. Rooms are very clean with all needed toilettries and comfortable beds. Most of all the staff always have smiles and very helpful! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

I made reservations undercdog friendly, when I arrived at hotel, i tried to pay pet fee and was informed very meanly that thiscwas notcavpet friendly hotel. The person at desk was very mean and abrasive. She stated we are not pet friendly, and we do not advertise pet friendly. I explained that I booked with the filter of pet friendly and this hotel was on my options. I explained i had a small 10 lbs dog. She said too bad. I said i would need to cancel than because i cannot leave my dog in car ovetnight. She was mean and just said too bad nothing we can do. She would not credit my account or suggest another property to stay at. At tjis time I had just come from my mothers death, so I was visible upset. She just gave me a naste look and said just leave. I have never been treated so unkind by a hotel before.
