Great all around hotel

The beds were comfortable The room was a good size Location was great Employees were awesome The free breakfast was very good with options

The room wasn't the cleanest as we found french fries in the on dresser drawer. The night stand draw was as well dirty. Could use a vacuuming to get rid of the dirt in the dresser and night stand.

Meh. The place is a little tired, but it's not bug infested.

The breakfast was the typical holiday inn express buffet and was okay.

The walls are thin. For some reason, the rooms were loud. I'm thinking this was place was wood frame construction instead of the typical concrete slab construction. We could really hear the foot falls of the person in the room above and the hacking of the person in the room next door. Just a really loud hotel.

Excellent location for seeing Frankenmuth

When we went to use the in-room microwave, it wasn’t even plugged in behind the cabinet. We had to move it over to the desk in the room to use it.

This place is the perfect place to stay to reach all of the sites in town.

I had an ADA room and it was just lovely. Extremely roomy and comfortable. So appreciated how carefully the room was laid out.

bathroom floor was sticky and smelled. breakfast was just ok. for as much as we paid for one night stay, I just expected more.

Always a great stay will stay again in the future

Everything was excellent great distance to shopping hotel was wonderful staff was really helpful and nice

Only problem was being charged twice for our stay so hopefully it will be reimbursed asap.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, pool and exercise room, comfy bed

No fan in bathroom, doors don't "soft close" so there was a lot of slamming doors from other patrons when trying to sleep.

Glad we only stayed two nights.

Staff checked us in quickly and was friendly.

No Hot water in the shower and our beds were not made up the second day. We did receive clean towels and garbage was emptied but that was it. We finally got lukewarm water for the shower. Out of all the holiday inn’s we’ve stayed in this was one was disappointing.
