The bed and shower are great The room I very small need paint

This is a much older facility than what im used to staying out, but it is well maintained, clean and charming. The only thing missing is an elevator.

The attendants at the property were so nice to me and made me feel at home, they helped me find things to do and places to eat at. I arrived at this venue super sad and they made my experience way better. My room was quiet and the outdoor view from the room is beautiful.

Comfort and convenience to the French quarter . Also it doesn’t break your budget .

Mr. Dewayne treated me like family. He provided excellent support in terms of dining and transportation recommendations even loaned his umbrella to me on a rainy day. I would definitely stay again. The area was safe and within walking distance, about 10 min., from bourbon street attractions.

Overall we had a great quick stay! It is so convenient and walkable to get to all the classic spots and very reasonable prices. The staff we encountered were all very nice and everyone was working hard! As others have mentioned these are old buildings so expect to have skinny walkways and no elevators. They only bummer was that our water wouldn’t get hot or even warm in the shower and because we were given a room in their sister property across the street the Wi-Fi didn’t reach and I unfortunately had no service in the room. Super minor stuff but it was such a great location for a very quick trip to New Orleans!

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. All day and night they were available to assist and did with immense kindness and care. Greatly appreciate making our trip that much better.

The photos of this property do not adequately represent the conditions of the room. On a positive note, the rooms were very clean. The woman at the front desk was nice, but not welcoming in anyway. There were other staff that were more welcoming during our stay when we came back from a walk. Our room had curtains/blinds (three of them) that were broken. We were not able to let any natural light into our room during the day. Overall, this hotel stay was adequate for our one night stay, but we were not overly impressed with this property.

Really friendly staff that will take care of you if you need anything during your stay. Historic building and location at a fraction of the price of its competition. Really happy with this stay.

The staff were very nice and accomidating and the rooms were clean. Property was in walking or cycling distance of alot of places. The only thing I would have liked to have had was a microwave and fridge in our room.

Staff was friendly and the location was close to Jackson Square, Armstrong Park, food and bars. Everything really. Just a lovely all around stay. Highly recommend

First room given to us was not cleaned. The 2nd room was clean but then we noticed stains on the clean towels and sheets! Location was great but cleanliness was terrible.

Parking was a bit far but worth the walk to closest parking area...just $20 for 24 hours

First of all, my room was not even at the hotel, it was across the street at another property that was not even on the website, the room would not open, attended tried several times and the key did not work. We got moved to another room, smaller and not what I paid for and were told that maybe in the morning we were going to be able to move to the room I reserved. The new room did not have hot water, WiFi did not work, AC we had to climb on a table to turn it on cause the remote did not work, the dresser almost fell on me cause it was supported by 2 small wooden blocks since it was missing the front leg and the room was so slanted the door to the bathroom didn’t even close. I was so overwhelmed and upset that my husband went and talked to the attendant, we got moved to ANOTHER property blocks away from that hotel. The other hotel look very nice and we got complementary parking but again WiFi, keys and tv did not worked. We had to knock on the door every time we wanted to get back in the hotel. We stayed for 4 days and only once we got housekeeping to come in and replenish towels and fix the bed. We even went down to the lobby to get towels one night and no one was there. Overall the experience with the hotels was very frustrating and poor. I would double check every single detail that is advertised on the website before booking. Definitely will not stay again here nor recommend this to anyone I know.

Every time I come to NOLA, I stay here! Very simple, but clean, cute, and great staff! Walking distance to all things French Quarter! I will be back!

I booked a room that showed it had patio access an was given a room on the 3rd floor with an angled ceiling where you could barely walk in half the room. It had 1 window that was sealed shut. An the street that it’s on gets barricades every night for the pedestrian traffic so we had to park streets away from the hotel an walk all of our luggage which was super inconvenient in pouring rain.The bed was the best thing otherwise I’ll never stay there again.

I liked that it was within walk distance to things we wanted to do. I felt safe walking to and from the lower french quarter back to the inn. The room was just ok. the air conditioner was not easy to use. Had to go across the street to get ice from the main inn. No regrets with booking here didn't spend much time other than sleeping in the room.

Location was great .

The size of the restroom was small. You weren’t able move around. The bed was comfortable and the room would get cold. The water pressure was low

We spent 4 nights in the Inn and it was just perfect. We stayed at the property across from the main office and the privacy and court yard was perfect! We loved that we were within walking distance but far enough away from the tourist area that it was quiet. The only thing I would suggest is a mini fridge even in the small rooms. Also if you are a woman traveling, just know there is absolutely no bathroom counter space. But the bed is great, not to hard not to soft! We definitely plan on staying again.
