The only problem is that they don’t have a hot tub like in the picture. But the food was great

Nice property overall. Rooms were comfortable and everything worked well. Gym was comfortable. Lobby and bar has a nice vibe to it. Negatives: paying extra for parking, paying $15 for breakfast, and please turn the music down in the pool room, it's too loud haha!

Very nice area! Several nice hotels in one parking lot. Felt safe being there. There’s also several restaurants close by. Will definitely stay here again if we fly into Midway. We were only about 8 mins from the airport.

Went to go take a shower and the bathroom flooded, had to put towels on the floor. The bathtub was holding water and wouldn’t go down, didn’t know that there was 25 dollars fee for parking each day. Lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The thermostat was off i turned it down to 72 and the air conditioning came on , went to talk to the receptionist and she told me there was nothing she could do. Probably wont ever stay at this hotel again

The gentleman at the desk, Christian, was wonderful. He was so friendly, personable and kind. The hotel has a great seating area in lobby for a larger group traveling together. There is a good restaurant nearby, and the airport shuttle was efficient.

We booked a King Suite - so not just a regular room. This was something right out of the 70's. Burnt orange velour sofa with matching curtains. Horrible. Couch was literally thread bear. Called to report this, and the hotel said they would refund us 1/2 of the price, but we would have to leave within 30 minutes!! We had a flight out of Midway the next morning - so that was not a good option. I guess Hilton has gone to budget hotel standards.

When southwest canceled my flight I was able to stay her with no luggage and they gave me basic toiletries and made sure I had a good nights sleep before my early flight the next morning. I also had salmon at the restaurant and it was really good. Great staff and Josh was the best.

If you want a free breakfast with your stay, this is not the place to be. $14.95, as of this review, is the price. Other hotels in this immediate area have free breakfast. Other than that, everything else was very good.

The hotel and room were overall fine. The room was clean. My stay was about 5 hours in total due to a flight cancelation so most important was convenience and proximity to Midway airport.

This property is absolutely amazing. Great and timely shuttle, easy check in, solid internet. My one and only suggestion is to replace the shower head in room 411.

The front entrance was closed and we had to walk through snow to the side entrance which was not cleaned

I was perturbed that they would charge $24 for parking (how is that not an amenity). The hotel did not necessarily appear to be dirty, but it did not feel that clean (maybe because things looked old, chipped wood on furniture, etc).

Stay was fine but I tried to call the hotel and it rang off the hook. I also tried to call Shuttle and no one answered. Once I got to the hotel, I totally understood because all the flights were canceled out of the midway airport.

The hotel was great in terms of easy access to the train station and especially for catching our plane the next morning. The shuttle to the airport was amazing and so convenient. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was that there was a breakfast and breakfast buffet, but it was not included with the room. On the other hand the service staff was very accommodating and very kind.

I found the staff to be very professional I was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door I only spent a few mins at the counter and my king rm was very spacious very clean and comfortable I'll definitely be returning

The hotel was great, front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, we ordered the omelette. Again, staff very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Despite the size of the hotel the room was and quiet and comfortable. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Noise control was good given that we were very close to MDW. The wifi was very unreliable. My back became very painful because of the condition of the mattress.
