Overall, for the price paid, it was not a bad place.

The owner prejudged me and was blatant with his racism. Very rude and didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say

the motel was nicely situated, though approaching in the dark, i missed the driveway the first time. the desk clerk was polite and provided us with a nice, clean room the was perfect for us. the bed was very comfortable. will definitely consider the New Relax Inn the next time we're in the area and need a place to relax.

So me and my mom went to visit some family in Chicago so we get to this place hit the buzzer and have to wait some time to even get in to talk to the receptionist and she was a completely unprofessional person I guess she hates her job but i don’t really care not my fault i don’t like my job but I’m not a dick to everyone that comes in but anyways the area is loud and kinda sketchy and all and all way too expensive for the room also if you do go here get ready for your clothes to smell like smoke for days after you leave I had wash my 3 times to finally get the smell out. T l d r the place sucks to go here

This is my 3rd time staying at the New Relax Inn. Once again the room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a hard time sleeping because there was an electric heat register that ran under the bed along the wall. It was on all night making the bed extremely warm and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no way to turn it off.

Good rates for being near Cicero area. Lot's of great choices for dinning!

I was very impressed with how clean the room was. I was also impressed with the condition of the room. Things did look a little bit dated however everything looked very nice. Nothing looked like it was in disrepair. Overall it was a very pleasant experience

Old motel that uses the word NEW. I must say, I could tell the place was recently renovated bathroom exceptionally nice. AC!!!! What AC!

There was highway noise. Otherwise, very pleasant.

It's kinda like a Motel 6. The front door was locked, so you have to be buzzed into the Front Desk to check in and out. There is a Plexiglas screen separating the front desk agent from you, so I immediately asked if the neighborhood was safe... She said it was, and we didn't have any safety issues the night we were there. The room is basic. We didn't use the TV or "Micro fridge". The bed was clean. The ceiling had some splotching on it, I didn't investigate further. The toilet sits very low to the ground. If this is the highest ranked "inexpensive" place to stay around here, I'd hate to see what the lower ranked places look like.

You get what you pay for. Clean rooms, hot shower for under 90$ anight.

Good overall. A pillow case had a stain. Mattress very firm!

Nice clean room but service was terrible unexpectedly had to pay a $100 cash deposit for jacuzzi room. Clerk started calling room to check at 10:45 but check out time is 11:00. Bad experience for me I will NEVER visit this hotel again

Clean and comfortable just what I needed on short notice I also needed a extra hour to wait for my ride and they extended my time.

No frills room,didn't expect m

It was a good stay newly renovated with new carpets and the bathroom tile sink and toilet. It was a a lil small but good for what I needed. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants which was convenient cause I just walked to a lot of places.
