Beautiful place

Great room, location, staff. Will definitely return.

The hotel was very clean; and the bed was comfortable. The pool was perfect. Breakfast provided several options for picky eaters. Only complaints were I wish they had better plate/bowl options for littles. I was so nervous mine would break one. Also you could hear the person above you walking around and moving the chair. It reminded me of apartment living with the noise. Perfect area in Frisco otherwise.

The room was great minus the bed which felt like sleeping on concrete and the pillows were awful. The breakfast was good and the place seemed very clean.

Well maintained property. Room was big with small kitchen with fridge , microwave and dishwasher. Nice living room and a bedroom with attached bathroom. Staff was friendly and the whole area looks new and feels safe. Many dining options around. Swimming pool area is cool and convenient.

This property was ok. The amenities are great, but our beds were uncomfortable, our blankets had a strange smell like they hadn’t been washed, and when we arrived in our room the toilet was not clean. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

Besides the great Service at the desk, clean room, and good breakfast-the Maintenance guy jumped our vehicle as the battery was dead. We will be back!

Staff was amazing and it was very clean

Pros: 1. The location is just excellent. 2. Housekeeping staffs are excellent and super helpful and responsible. 3. Lot of good restaurants, easy access to major highways, and indoor malls. 4. Hope park for kids in less than 10 minutes. Cons: 1. Cleaning service is available every 5 days. 2. Needs to keep bigger trash cans in the floors as they do not have regular housekeeping. 3. Breakfast is just boring if you stay more than 2 days. It’s ok but given how much they charge they can add a little bit variety. 4. The pool is just too small and not really ok for toddlers or younger kids. Home2suites in the same area has an amazing pool for the kids. 5. The oldest receptionist needs to work on her tone. She is condescending; did not want to tell her anything but it was the most rude and disrespectful behavior I ever encountered in this country from the service industry. For a much much lower price, there are better hotels in the area especially if you are traveling with kids.

Everything was good but the house kipping they never come and clean the room , I hope they do
