Great location. It was just my me and my mom and we kept safe. Staff was very friendly and the lobby store had all the necessities. We will certainly stay here again.

We have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn many times. The service is great!!! We had a tub with a clogged drain, and the front desk sent the maintenance person to us as soon as he arrived on the property.

Stayed in Nashville for a wedding. This location was in great walking distances to the Broadway District and Music Row. We had to get an Uber to Opryland but everything else was really close. The hotel was very nice, clean, and our grandson really enjoyed the indoor pool which was a nice bonus. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! The room was just as advertised and the staff was terrific. The only issue we had was that valet parking was not listed as their only parking option on their website, but that didn't deter from a good stay 👍

I was greeted as I came in the customer service personnel were polite and kind and thoughtful. They helped me get my room in a timely manner. They even helped with an issue I had with my phone trying to locate something. The room had two queen bed’s which was no issue since I was by myself and would be working a good portion of the day. Breakfast was good, the customer service staff help with locating some place to eat for me and my group. The overall stay was great. I would recommend a stay at this location any time.

The valet service is forty dollars and takes forever to use. You can’t park at the hotel without using it. Super inconvenient

I would absolutely stay here again! The location was super convenient and close to a lot of good food spots. Everything was walking distance-even downtown if you don't mind a lovely 20-25 minute walk. Finally, the staff needs a big shoutout, especially Emme! They were all wonderful, friendly, and helpful.

I am always impressed with the property's front desk staff. They are kind and engaging However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be more detailed (toothpaste on the faucet). I couldn't access the local TV channels due to satellite issues. Additionally, being required to pay a fee to tip the valet is ridiculous. Bring cash if you want to reward their service.

Yes it was a little crazy as it was to be expected at check in. But the service was a AMAZING as for valet they were all so respectful and helpful. At check out we texted for valet and by the time we got down there, they had our car waiting. Definitely will stay again.

The property was overall a nice hotel in a city setting. It was overall close to everything without being too loud. The property is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a little small for a family setting but overall it was nice. We would stay again.

The hotel was nice. Front desk staff was friendly. I found valet only parking to be very inconvenient. The valet attendants were attentive . I think the signage at the property upon check in about valet only was confusing. It should say something like no self parking at this property. The area was congested and lack of signage made check in confusing. Beds were comfortable. Street noise was loud. Stayed on 2nd floor.

Checked in around 9pm. We got up to our room, opened the door and realized we were put in a double queen room, but had booked a king. Immediately went back down to the front desk where we were told they had sold out of king rooms. We booked a king for $198, and was charged $250 for the double. They didn't tell us they had sold out of king rooms and were putting us in another room. We had to find out when we got up to the room. We requested a refund and left. Not a great experience.

Absolutely horrendous. Mandatory valet parking with excessive fee and incredibly rude staff. Our hire car was badly scratched by them, and they had the audacity to suggest we had scratched it ourselves and was pinning it on them. Hotel manager got involved but was apathetic, and we've been perusing the valet company since but are now actively being ignored. The hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton name and needs better management, hygiene and a car parking service not run by patronizing and deliberately contentious staff.

The bed sheets had blood stains on them. There was moldy food in the fridge. The staff argued with us about not receiving our complimentary water. Most of the staff was rude. Would never stay at this location again.

We stayed here the first time we came to Nashville and absolutely loved it, so we wanted to stay again when we came back and it didn’t disappoint! EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER HAS BEEN AMAZING! We got snowed in and couldn’t get our flight out and they were so amazing and accommodating!!

I am so disgusted with Hotels.com & Hilton Garden Inn!! NO WHERE on the app does it say anything about MANDATORY valet parking @ $40.00 a day !!! Nor did the person at the front desk at check in inform me of it!! I only found out when I went to park the car! I will NEVER book Hilton Garden Inn again !! All I got were canned answers. I checked out a day early because of it.

Neither TV’s worked in the room, would consistently glitch. Valet attendant had an attitude upon us arriving. Hotel end up charging us $174.80…when we brought ONE vehicle & parked for one night. We never left either, we walked to get dinner.
