It was great. The spa was closed. The hotel was clean.

The front desk at night, I approach her about our key doesn’t work and when I say thank you, she just look at me! And the breakfast maybe change it a little bit more, we don’t want small muffin for breakfast and no other choice aside for the muffin and bread!

Hotel is fine, especially for the area. Nothing special but everything was acceptable for the price in St. Robert.

This was a perfect stay for me because it was just a couple miles from Fort Leonard Wood. The bed was comfortable, the AC unit was actually pretty quiet, so there wasn't any motor running all night. The only thing I would have liked more is a better Continental Breakfast.

Me and the family came down for my son's graduation out of basic training and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean the lobby smelled nice, thw lady at the front checked me in fast and she was friendly. The grab and go breakfast was not fun lol would have been better with Bagels. The price was amazing for the two days we stayed there.

Could have done waaaay better for my money. Zero amenities as far as any form of breakfast

A pretty low-key good hotel when I went there there was only three people there and even if it was fully accommodated you can see your car in the parking lot.... I would stay there if given the chance.

It was a pleasant stay

We arrived in St. Louis around 9pm and arrive in St. Robert after 11pm. The GPS I used couldn't find the hotel so we stayed at a Super 8 that night. The next day I called the manager and explained to him what happened. He told me to get off at exit 161 and look for a Cracker Barrel and would only charge us for one day though technically we were a "no show." The manager had an accent but we were able to communicate fine. When we arrived and explained to the front desk clerk what happened she first insisted on the company policy and said we'd be charged both nights. As the debate ensued she then insisted that we misunderstood what the manager said because of his accent. She finally called the manager and he again agreed to charge only one night. The front desk clerk then become even more rude and curt with us and keep insisting we were getting a "free night." We made her aware that we were in town for a funeral but her demeanor never changed. This woman unnecessarily created a hostile situation and made us very uncomfortable in stay somewhere that should be hospitable. We left the Inn as the front desk clerk made it clear we weren't wanted there. I'm not sure what the final billing will be, but I would like for Hotels.com to help us get a full refund as nobody should be forced to stay and pay to be somewhere they aren't made to feel comfortable and treated with curtesy and respect!

The only thing I didnt like is there was no breakfast offered

Overall it served its purpose for us to sleep. However the breakfast was not the greatest and not kept up with. The website said pool but there was no pool, only a “spa” which was a disgusting hot tub that wasn’t even available. Location was great for what was needed. Won’t stay there again though.

The room was very comfortable and clean. No issues. However don't stay there expecting a breakfast. The "cold" breakfast was awful. The poppyseed muffins were a week old and hard as a rock. There was 2 juices (orange and cranberry) and a little cereal and a few yogurts.

BECAUSE I PAID IN CASH THEY WANTED A HUNDRED DOLLAR DEPOSIT, BUT THE ROOM COST 88. DOLLARS. THE BED WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE, SPRINGS EVERY WHERE. THEY HAD SOMETHING OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING THE KEPT GOING OFF EVERY 2 HOURS WAKING ME UP, SOME METER LOOKING THING. SOUNDED LIKE SOMEONE WAS TAKING A SLUDGE HAMMER TO MY UHAUL FIRST TIME I JUMPED OUT OF BED AND RAN TO MY FIRST FLOOR WINDOW. BUT THEY DID HAVE A WONDERFUL SHOWER WITH NICE SOAP AND THE ROOM LOOKED NICE. LOOKS DON'T SHOW THE BAD MATTRESS THOUGH.

The interior flip lock was missing and I felt very unsafe. The breakfast choices were very limited with no fresh fruit.

Hotel is great. Only 10-15 min from fort Leonard Wood. Clean rooms and quiet. Breakfast is no good. I just went to the store and got oatmeal and fruit. Fridge in my room would freeze things if left on top. Coffee is bad! haha, but manageable. It was, overall, a very pleasant stay.

They did no Clean the room at all no clean towels I had to go and ask for clean towels the next day The breakfast was bad only toast bread juice and a yogurt that's all

Convenient to Fort Leonard Wood. Not much of a breakfast. Stale cereal and toast no coffee. The few dollars we saved staying here we spent on breakfast every morning. Should have stayed at the Baymont across the street.

I loved the room! The only problem I ran into was one remote was missing batteries and the DVD player was missing cables but they got it working for me in short order. The breakfast was adequate and the shower/tub was very nice. I also loved the automatic door at the entrance complete with luggage cart to give it that luxury hotel feel.
