Everything about my stay was fine until I got a knock on my door while I was sleeping in the early morning hours. A hotel employee was demanding cash because their credit card machine was broken ran I ran my card and was charged for incidentals I left an hour later and didn’t give any cash

We had cold showers, changed rooms twice. The front counter was always vacant. The breakfast worker sat in a chair on his phone & went out for smoke breaks while eggs were cooking.

Clean and close to the highway. Staff was very friendly.

1 minute of hot water in the shower but looked like maybe they were having trouble with the gas. Otherwise an adequate stay.

Coffee maker didn’t work. Looked inside and it obviously hadn’t worked for a long time since there was old stagnant water that stunk and was slimy. Took it to the counter and they gave me one that was just as bad. Room looked like they vacuumed everything to the edges of the walls and they don’t edge clean. Smelled like old carpet.

I stayed 3 nights and 2 of those nights the people lodged in the room Next door tried on multiple occasions to open the adjoining door. The phone in the room did not work so I couldn’t contact the front desk.

I was actually visiting Missouri to look for a new place to live when I stayed here!! My car battery died right as I pulled into the hotel so I had to extend my stay an extra day. I was able to do that through the Hotels.com app which was super easy. The cleaning staff was great. Front desk staff was great. The area itself was great. My only two gripes are the free breakfast in the morning & lack of hot water for a bath. The breakfast was fake eggs, the biscuits were horrible, the fruit was rotten. The hotel should be ashamed-offer your customers real food. They deserve it. And the hot water issue was weird. I ran a hot bath the first night I was there and by the time I walked back in the bathroom to turn off the water it was ice cold. Odd? I would definitely stay there again tho!

The rooms were spacious, beds cleaned and made nicely. Breakfast was perfectly stocked, front desk staff were very sweet to us. Pool heated and pool room steamy and warm. Accomadting for our small dog. Close location to everything, quiet hotel, we were one of less than 5 cars in the parking lot, felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves.

The room was very clean and spacious. Service was friendly. My slight disappointment was the breakfast. The person that normally cooks the breakfast was out that day. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only negatives i have, it was a little bit noisy at 1/2 am. Also i was charged $2 something for a "maid service fee".

Our stay was great the pool was warm the breakfast was good. Overall good stay and my son left his tablet n they called right away to let us know. So honest staff also would definitely stay again.

Pool was closed both the day we checked in and the morning we were checking out. So was the gym. Breakfast closed early at 9:00 instead of 9:30 which is what the sign said. Microwave not plugged in and couldn’t be plugged in because the cord didn’t reach the plug. Dirty waffle maker at breakfast. No spoons at breakfast First room smelled awful but to their credit, they did give us a new room. Copied my drivers license. Not sure why but after that stay, I started getting twice as many calls from scammers. I will avoid Quality Inns from now on.

The hotel was clean, had everything we needed, and was close to where we needed to be. Breakfast was good. The kids were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance but otherwise everything was great.

Pros first.. bed was very nice, bathroom was VERY new and shower was very clean. Cons room had garbage left from last guest. Water and pop bottles. Hot water would completely go out in shower. and come back on several minutes later.. off and on entire time.

Everything was great except the treadmill wasnt working.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Will never return! Stayed two nights.. no hot water either day, toilet broken, controller broken, heater not working correctly. Front desk uncaring of issues. She couldn’t stay off her phone. Asked for discount or reduced rate, nothing offered.

We had a great stay! The complementary breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again 🙂

Hot water was hit and miss, I know it was Thanksgiving week and when I asked at the front desk, they said they were at capacity and to wait 45 minutes for a shower. I don't think that is an excuse. The pool was nice though and the breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the waffles!

Overall not a bad hotel kind of stuck in the eighties. Hotel is very dark which give it a shady dirty grundgie feel. Need to brighten things up. TV didn't always have sound and had limited channels. And WiFi wouldn't let me log in at all. Staff was great and prices were very cheap. They should upgrade the whole plaiand could charge a little more. All and all we got what we paid for. The best part was the beds were very comfortable.

Great staff. Much needed and affordable washer and dryer. Nice towels.

After the mass yelling and arguments between staff and a family, Where police were called, the showers sucked. no hot water, the handles falling off. workout equipment all broken. the workout room lights auto shut off after 5 min and i have to walk over to turn them on. same breakfast every day! and microwaved the “scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy” it was pathetic!

Our reservations were made over a month in advance. 4 hours prior to our arrival, I called and verified with the front desk that both of our rooms were ready. Thank goodness I printed out our reservation confirmation with the rooms and total cost and brought it with me. I arrived to be told we only had 1 room rented. Someone rented out our 2nd room to someone else that then displaced us from the first floor reservation for two rooms to the second floor. We were then stuck upstairs after waiting a while for a clerk searching for another room and had to tow our bags up a flight of stairs to get to the two rooms . NO ELEVATOR . We are disabled. The next day, a clerk called me to say we were supposed to have checked out of the second room that morning. Again I had to go over this entire fiasco with the front desk clerk!! People in the upstairs rooms kept us up first two nights using the hallway by our rooms as a lobby. Called the front desk several times with no answer. I finally dressed and went downstairs to find the clerk outside smoking. Hotel was old decor with sagging floors. The shorter walk to the side building door entrance quit working on the first night and never worked again. Went to check out and get a receipt printed out and the clerk was outside smoking. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else! We nicknamed this place the Non Quality Inn.

we were very upset that we were not told the location had no elevator. our sheets had a hole in yyhem and a dead bug in the bathroom. we left after one night.
