We had a long day before us and we were looking forward to get some rest. We arrived at our hotel for check in at 4pm and were given out keys right away. Our room was at the second floor but trash and people (not guests) were crowding the stairway. When we arrived at the room, it smelled heavily of cigarettes. The rooms were mediocre and there was deposits in the toilet before we even used it. The room looked as dirty as the streets leading up to the hotel. We reasoned it was only one night and within our price range. Come night time, midnight to be exact, a man heavily kept knocking at our door. Did not announce themselves just drastically tried to get into our room. We were suddenly woken up and yelled out to ask who it was. They stated they were front desk but seeing as there were many people gathered outside casually, we called the main office to confirm someone from the office was truly knocking at our door. Turns out the receptionist mixed two reservations up and gave us someone else’s room. No need for the loud banging at 12am scaring the life out of us. Advice: splurge a little extra money on a place with better comfort and far better cleanliness.

Do not send messages on the chat, they dont see it. My reservation got canceled because they failed to check the messages saying I would arrive late. They I tried calling and no one answered. Its possible, they are super short staffed so the review goes to the management who need to hire more people. Once I arrived, there was a sign that said they had stepped away and not to go look for them, of bang on the window or yell...this really gave me a bad vibe about the service.

*Bed Bugs and prostitutes This Place is a Dump, property looks run down and front desk is rarely staffed. The rooms are disgusting had blood spots on the walls dirty and damaged furniture. TV doesn’t work and the worst is the bed sheets have never been changed looked nasty and stained had to go to Target to get replacement sheets and still woke up the next day with 5 bed bug bits on my body. Just a terrible place to stay would not recommend to anyone not even for a $1 stay.

Nasty dirty trashy motel

I tried to get a refund because I could not stay at this hotel, the room was dirty, furniture and restroom area were so damaged, the curtains shower was disgusting and receptionist were so rude when I tried to get my money back and and they said is non Refundable!

I guess what do you expect for $52 a night. I didn't expect construction in the room above me at 4am. I did expect remote controls for the tvs(we had 2 rooms, neither had remotes.) One room had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling that looked like a breast hanging from the ceiling. the "dressers" in both rooms were broken. One room smelled like it had hosted 100 cigar smokers the night before. The meth heads at every corner were a nice touch though. I almost forgot, the pool, oh the pool! It looked like those 100 cigar smokers bathed in it while putting out their cigars in the water.

Heater didn't work inside remote didn't work that they give you shower tub filled up with water crackheads all over the place outside late at night

When we got here a couple hours after making a reservation. They said they had no rooms and one is being cleaned. We waited an hour to an hour and a half wait. However, indo feel that you (consumer) should be able to opt out due to bad service.

Worst place EVER! No extra lock on door, people outside drinking lots of alcohol,Cigarette burn holes in bedding, room smelled, no toilet paper holder, 1 washcloth & 2 towels for 4 people. Didn't feel safe at all. People partied all night, car alarms going off. Makes me want to not use Hotels.com if they can't be more selective! Awful awful AWFUL place to stay, and yes I took pictures of the inside of the room when we got there!

Creepy people everywhere, bugs and hair in the bed, stained shower curtain and towels, and smelt terrible. And there was a very weak lock on the door. The lady at the front was sleeping when i tried to check out so I had to knock on the glass to wake her.

Absolutely the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. I got there very late the first day and tried calling the office all day with no answer until after 11pm as I was driving down from Northern California. Sheets and covers were stain and definitely not changed. The chair in the room has definitely seen a lot of action, gross. There was a hole on the outside of the bathroom door and one in the wall behind the door. There were multiple by the bathroom baseboard and under the sink in the room. Just has a completely bad vibe. We left around 8 am and came back around 2:30 and asked the housekeeper for clean sheets and towels. The worst attitude, saying we had said no service this morning when we weren’t even there and was talking a lot of crap in Spanish, which was understood. Very insulting, and mentioned it was understood at the end. I work in customer service myself and that behavior is not tolerated. The maintenance at this motel is very poor. I would never recommend this place. The lady that worked the front desk Thursday overnight was the only friendly staff.

I actually didnt stay longer there, as i moved in to the room and went to bed, after 3 minutes noticed several Bedbugs all over me. Went out right away and notified the receptionist. She asked for pictures. Though i emailed her with pictures and videos

Room 105 was comfortable; however, room 120 not so much. Thankfully Mrs. Cherry was kind of enough to switch me to 105. Room 120 had a filthy mattress with some type of bug; also had what appeared to be blood stains on the wall near the door. Gross!

They required a $100 deposit upon check-in, which was returned. I did not recall seeing this requirement when I made the booking. This requiring a deposit is not a good business practice. In all, the property was quite old and not real well maintained. The room was clean enough and the WiFI worked well. I have seen less expensive properties better maintained than this.

The room had many flaws and uncleanliness was not acceptable. The towels looked as if they were never washed and were very dirty, there was a vent in the bathroom that looked broken and was hanging from the ceiling above the shower that was releasing small amounts of dust, the room reeked if cigarettes, the pillow and bed sheeting had stains that looked like they weren’t ever clean, and the floor was extremely sticky. The area around the hotel is very sketchy and needs more lighting to become more welcoming.

I hastily booked a room here due to a complication with a job site... As there was a 97°F heatwave and I was outdoors, it was either this or drive back to Fremont. In room 220, I forgot to take a pic, but the AC had a sticker on it saying it had a wall-mounted thermostat, but there wasn't (probably bought used from another hotel). It was blowing weak but cool air when I came in, but by 10 PM it might as well have been a fan. I tried ringing the bell to try to get the room switched, but nobody responded, and nobody answered the phone... I cooled the room down better leaving the door open before bed and just slept shirtless without a blanket (complete opposite of how I usually sleep). What doesn't make sense is that the shower curtain was cut short, almost flush with the edge of the bathtub... I might as well have showered without the curtain since by the time I finished, the bathroom floor was flooded and I had to mop it with a towel. Also, although it didn't quite bother me since it wasn't brighter than the light seeping in through the curtains (but it would if it did since I like to sleep in almost complete darkness): The light that goes over one side of the bed does not completely shut off, so it's eerily glowing the entire night. Also, the Wi-Fi comes and goes, and when it's up it's extremely slow (5 Mbps).
