A great place to stay for a few days close to Eurostar so a bonus. Room was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and if a request was made. Very quick to respond. Definitely a must if it’s a quick stop.

I stay in these a lot - great location, quiet (for London) good sized and well appointed. Some could do with a return but for the price in this location these are an excellent choice

We booked a 2 night stay with 2 friends staying over for the London Landmarks half marathon. It was close to Euston station so very central. The room had everything we needed- tea, coffee cutlery and even biscuits!

Stayed for ine nuggt. Good location, great service as initial apartment smelt of damp and requested change of apt.
Small, but perfectly fine for weekend for 2 people or a few days for 1 person.
Carpeting in common areas a bit unloved, kitchen etc, basic, but had everything you would need.

Good studio in great location for us near Euston & Kings X Stations.
We're stayed here loads of times but the studios are now getting a bit dated. One too many book shelves & fridges. Kitchens could do ti be updated, the sink is in the wrong place in a corner and the plugs are useless so water is constantly wasted. A washing up bowl would solve the issue. They never supply tea towels so take your own.
Bathroom was cramped with little storage space and Studios2Let only ever supply one bath towel each & they're not that big. One hand towel minimum should be the norm.
Having said all this, we would return again as these are issues we've faced since first staying there years ago we just wish they would make a few adjustments.

Sad old rooms stuck in the 1970's. One can see inside the room from outside. Cabinets faalling to pieces. Strategic location though, nice and helpful staff, decent wifi. Rooms at the back can enjoy birds chirping in the morning. Getting into the minuscule bathroom is like a playing twister, it is either you or your toothbrush.

This is the second time i’ve stayed here, and would stay again the next time im in London. The room is spotless and has everything you need for a self catering stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Mostly really good. The room was a bit on the warm side but better when I turned down the thermostat. Also the heating was quite noisy with a constant hissing sound. I slept fine though. Great location and helpful, friendly reception staff.

Location was great and it was good value for money. However, apartment was tired and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Stayed for one night as part of a trip to London on our return from Paris on the Eurostar. Very convenient for St. Pancras station and the tube.
Everything was perfect. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The staff were helpful, keeping our bag for us whilst we visited an event at The Lightroom.
Very convenient location and will certainly use it again when in London overnight.

The stay was business, i had no idea i wouldnt have a work station in the room, the sink is underneath a over hanging cupcoard, so washing plates and cups was hard if you over 5 feet tall and i am 6,2, the sink in the bathroom is tiny which meant water went everywhere after washibg my face, the shower was either boiling or freezing, the bathroom itself was absolutly tiny.
Sleeping was non existant due to the noise outside and the thin windows, noise not the hotels fault I know but the windows could be a better quality to reinforce the sound and help towards a better sleep.

Great location few mins walk from King’s Cross station. Check in was easy and our room was ready early so we went straight in. Staff were lovely.
Overall the cleanliness wasn’t brilliant. The bed and linen were immaculate but the floor not so much in corners but overall good enough.
The bathroom was small but had everything u needed including an emergency dental kit that my partner needed. Shower was quite powerful too. Towels were also provided.
The only bad thing to say about this place was the mattress was rock hard like a futon mattress. No bounce in it whatsoever. I do have back issues and like a hard bed but this was really hard although I was so tired I slept anyway.

There were construction works happening during my stay and my room was right next to them so it was very noisy and disruptive. Woke me up at 8:30am and I couldn’t open my curtain because the workers were near my window. However the layout of the room, kitchen facilities and bed were fine.

Excellent value, very convenient for St Pancras. Perfect for a night or 2 as long as you aren’t expecting to cook a 3 course meal. Too hot though

The area seemed safe but the building did not. The door to our building never locked so you could just push the front door and walk into any hallway with rooms. The front hallway had so many bags of laundry at times ut hard to walk around. The stairs feel like most are broken, VERY spongy. At the tiny landing there was a vacuum and all its parts laying out the entire time of our stay. It made it VERY difficult to carry suit cases up 3 flights, through the doorway and then hallway to get to our room. Not sure what fire standards are there but in the U.S. you cannot see through your door all the way around and call it a fire door. We could not find an emergency way out if there would have been a fire and we couldn't use the door. On the day of checkout we had no water to use the bathroom. Overall i would stay in this area again as the other hotels were better taken care of but i would not stay here again.

Was just there for one night, but it was good. Front desk staff very helpful. Quiet, clean, I had a good sleep before my trip back to Canada the next day. Great location close to St Pancreas International.

I stayed in this same room several weeks earlier and it was fine. In the intervening time, the door would no longer lock (!) and the radiator would not turn off. As a result I was far too hot to sleep all night and many would have been too anxious to sleep in a room with an unlocked door.

I stay in these apartments a lot and they are decent and good value. Very good location and round the corner from a nice pub. A bit let down by the old TVs and the beds are not the best, but still decent value.

The worst hotel we ever stayed. The room was so small and no amenities. The staff was horrible. They were supposed to get a taxi for us to get to airport. Never came and the staff did not care. Their fault. Horrible. I would like to get some refund from the hotel. I would not post it anymore. Is there something you can do for us? We spent over $850 for this stay😔
