Buena ubicación. No cogimos tarjeta de transporte en ningún momento pues entre 30 minutos y 1,30h tienes la mayoría de las cosas típicas que ver en Londres. Fuimos con mis hijas de 12 y 14 años.
Lo mejor es que disponía además de Neflix por lo que al volver con las niñas que estaban cansadas les ponías sus series favoritas en nuestro idioma y se terminaban las quejas.
Está en una zona con mucho movimiento de gente joven, pero situado de tal manera que no se oyen ruidos para dormir y en cambio dispones de todo tipo de comercios de comida rápidas entre 5 y 15 minutos junto con supermercados que no cierran hasta las 11 de la noche todos los días de la semana.
Dispone de un patio grande para jugar con niños aunque no lo disfrutamos por estar todo el día fuera de casa.
Dispone de secador aunque tardamos varios días en encontrarlo por lo que al final y por el buen tiempo que hizo no lo usamos
Está a 5 minutos de la oficina de avis-budget para alquilar coche y suele haber sitio para aparcarlo en la calle aunque es de pago
Los colchones pueden mejorar.
Lo peor es que disponía de lavadora y no había detergente. En las otras ocasiones que he disfrutado de apartamentos disponían de detergente para poder hacer una colada que con niños es interesante y no necesitas traer tanto equipaje.

The location
I don’t recommend staying here because they have a way on scamming the guests, we booked for 2 Adults and they only provided 1 key ! and obviously we will go on separate ways during the day so someone will be locked out at some point, and when that happened they opened the door and charged us €150 from our security deposit after we checked out, €150 for simply opening the door!!! Bare in mind we didn’t lose the key or anything, they just opened the door for my mom and charged us €150.
I don’t recommend staying here at all, the staff are not professional, I would pay more to stay in a better Apartment or hotel rather than paying less and get over charge for simple stuff after checking out.
I will never stay here again and I don’t recommend anyone on budget to stay here because they will get any simple thing to over charge you from the security deposit

Clean rooms comfortable beds central location in Camden near to station and underground station plenty of places to eat and drink nearby
A few small things let it down, the curtains hanging off the hooks in living room, the shower leaked, kitchen cupboard would not close, light bulbs missing, and a bag holding the pipe under sink, just small but very easily fixed.

Walking distance from St Pancras to make a trip to the continent. Also easy access to Harry Potter Studio via Euston Station. (you hear a bit of train going at night) Every taxi driver knew the place. Very cozy inside, just the right size for 3-4 people, everything available in kitchen. No problem with hot water and heating. The owner (company) was so accessible and communicative. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to London.

both beds while soft and comfortable have mattresses that dip at the head and feet, therefore your head drops down. I think they need renewal. the beds are barely big enough for two and a tall person would not fit. I’m short so I did ok once I adjusted to the drop at the head of bed. I’m not complaining simply informing.

Nothing really. We left the property as soon as we arrived.
We didn't realize we were booking an 'apartment' in a basement as this is not clearly mentioned in the description. The place is tiny, with a low ceiling. The rooms are barely larger than the bed, without proper windows for ventilation. The rooms were untidy, the furniture worn out. The photos are misleading!
There was a strong smell of air freshener, which hardly camouflaged the smell of humidity. The vent in the bathroom was noisy and could not be switched of. But, worst of all, the basement seemed to be built on top of the underground. Every few minutes there was a loud rumbling and shaking that would keep any normal sleeper awake for the best part of the night. This place is simply not suitable to stay, so we immediately left and cancelled for the following days. We requested - but did not get - a repayment.

Good location, close to Euston. Nice restaurants in the area, amazing little coffee shop right next door - Pals. Apartment was clean, but didn’t look like the photos - no mention that there are 2. Beds were comfy and bedding/towels adequate. Place was pleasantly warm after outside temps of 4C! We didn’t spend much time inside, so a convenient place to sleep.
Kitchen sink was blocked, hence the plunger! Bathroom very old, but shower was adequate. Couldn’t switch off the extractor fan. Large cupboard in one bedroom was very untidy with appliances just dumped inside. No room for clothes or suitcases. Outside ‘garden’ was shocking - once we found where it was. And the trains virtually running through the property - noisy.

The arounds of Camden.
The apartment is in very bad conditions. It was very dirty, especially under the beds and the sofa, with damp spots, it smelled of old plastic and the blanket on the sofa smelled of old sweat.
It is very noisy, it is located just above the subway. So that every time when the train passes, all the furniture shakes. We could barely sleep on the subway schedule.
The staff does not offer any solutions, but they respond to emails quite quickly. We are also grateful for having sent us a box that we forgot, although they charged shipping cost and an extra of 6,-€ for the service.
Honestly, we have felt cheated living in such terrible conditions, expecting something more for the price we have paid (210,-€/ night). Unfortunately the staff has not done anything to improve something during our stay. The only consolation was that in their experience, guests get used to noise of subway.

The location was great - easy walk to the tube station and lots of taxis passing by. The TV had many channels to watch without having to login to any apps. The wi-fi was good and easy to access. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.
The one bed's mattress is dented downwards at the feet and head ends making it extremely uncomfortable - definitely needs replacing, The duvet had stains on it (which was hidden by the duvet cover once the beds were eventually made), and the pillows are cheap and nasty. The bathroom needs a good clean - grout and corners on the floor needs a good scrub. Carpets torn at places. Outside area unkept and unusable.
Dirty bed sheets and bags of rubbish from previous tenants still in the walk way when we arrived. Cleaner finished her clean after we had already checked in.

Inside was OK.
The first felling was absolutely disappointing. The area outside the main door was dirty and smell from pigeons. It is ground floor. Furthermore the one bedroom has no window.

The property was in a good location. the beds where really comfortable. Washing machine was assist too !
didn’t use dish washer . Enjoyed the free internet .
The tube trains running till midnight . no good for a light sleeper . could feel the vibrations in the room and could hear the noise of the trains Friday. Saturday they run 24hrs ! It could do with painting and bathroom needs refurbishing. The garden would have been a big assist if it was clean and tidy .

The location near tube station is fantastic.
The flat is pretty scrappy in places, needs some work. Take ear plugs for road noise at night.

An ice tray in the freezer would have been helpful as the weather was very hot. Also a plug in the bathroom hand basin.

Useful access to the tubes and Northern Line. Great access to Camden and a really quirky part of town. Hosts were responsive to bring missing crockery when asked. Pretty seamless process. Supermarkets close by.
Unfortunately the Dishwasher was broken and the sinks didn't have plugs so we used a plastic dish for washing. Classing London is that the rooms are tight, but they still work for family of 4.

The mattresses are very old to the point where I could feel the springs on my back. Really need to be replaced.
Also the power went out because they didn’t top up the electricity meter with enough money to cover our visit. I had to go out and top it up because they were not able to get their handyman to come out and do it for 4 hours. Lucky it went out during the day when we were there however we lost a day of working because of it.
The apartment also got extremely hot and there is no air conditioning apart from one small tower fan in one of the bedrooms which was average.

Location was convenient and easy walking distance to lots of shops/restaurants. prompt return of damage deposit
Obtaining keys was problematic - several anxious phone calls later and finally resolved -added unnecessary stress to what should have been enjoyable experience. Tube noise greater than expected

Location is good.
Cleanliness. Dishwasher was filthy. Rear door didn’t lock. Cobwebs in lounge. Main bedroom needed a good clean. Shower In bathroom just went everywhere- and it’s not a wet room.broken window. Instructions for finding keys were very very poor. Took us about 20 minutes to find. Curtains were ganging off the rail/ hooks.

Great location, close to the tube. The apartment had everything we needed.
There were no hot water when we arrived. E-mailed the staff and got quick response. We could fix the pressure of the heater after getting a video of the solution. And a repair man came later first evening.
We could hear noise from the underground because we lived so near a station. But that didn’t really bother us, but it is good to know. No problem sleeping.
