Great location. The staff were very lovely. It was for our anniversary stay and we had a cake and card with well wishes with compliments from the hotel. The room was great, spacious, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Lack of parking facilities. The closest is NCP parking which is 2 mins away from the hotel but very expensive so maybe get discounts for hotel stays.

I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the location of the hotel. Although the breakfast variety was limited, I was satisfied with the service provided. Especially the employees at breakfast were very attentive.

I stated that I could arrive at the hotel a little early when making the reservation. I remember the check-in time as 14.00. Since I went early, I waited for a long time with my luggage. Also, since the male staff told me the check-in time was 15.00 at check-in, they made me wait another half hour even though I came back to the hotel at 15.00. I had traveled by plane for 5 hours and it was a very bad experience. In addition, the coffee in the room was said to be free for the first time, but while we only used 2, it was renewed and we could not use the other products we did not use free of charge. There was a price difference of nearly one night between this hotel and the Waldorf Hilton, but I think this hotel is definitely not worth this money. The location may be nice, but there were nice hotels and more affordable hotels around Hyde Park and Covent Garden.

Room - reasonable size; bed - comfortable; decent size tv; good tea/coffee facilities

Had to request bath plug for bath! Difficulty in turning on shower with getting drenched with cold water first! Food a little on expensive side. Lack of sports channels on tv in room, and in bar! Even Sky Sports News would have been a help!

Family room worked well with a child. The location is very central and close to the major tourist attractions.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and it was a busy weekend with the London Marathon 2024 on that weekend.

The location was great and the staff extremely helpful.

Some of the rooms were quite tacky (settled on 3rd offered) and the layout very bad. A couple of the complementary toiletries were empty, bulbs not in lamps... Stayed before at the hotel and it was excellent, this time not so much.. for the money paid...

Smelt nice, nice big bed. Let us check in early.

The bathroom was outdated, we had a leaky ceiling, it was noisy and the curtains didn’t shut properly so the room was really bright
