The resort is really nice overall. Wish they had an actual DJ for the pool area but stay was good . Buffet breakfast could have been better and more options

During our stay, Amara-Shan, Shavea and Keneve went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied. Their efforts resulted in us getting upgraded to another room, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Their warm and welcoming demeanor truly made our stay enjoyable.
Moreover, I must commend Keneve for the extraordinary effort he put into making our daughter's birthday celebration truly magical. Her thoughtful gesture of arranging an amazing beach cabana for the celebration was a testament to his commitment to guest satisfaction.

I wish there were more entertainment options on site. It wasnt lively, didnt really get the feel that I was in Jamaica, coming from a jamaican background. The site was very clean, pools and hotel in general were pretty and the staff were pleasant but I do wish there were more shows/things to do during the day that were lively. I had to leave the resort to have fun.

Beautiful grounds/ beach. Great DJ poolside. Drinks are delicious but bar staff will skip around you if you haven’t tipped yet, and avoid you all together on the beach. Cabana is a waste of money jammed in the middle of the other beach chairs. They leave a bottle of champagne with no glasses and no staff came around until it was time to sign for the bill. Food is pretty good for an all inclusive (many restaurant options). The dinner on the beach was well worth it! The tour (four play) Dunns River falls/zipline/ horseback/atv was amazing! But the staff was useless with booking no input no pictures no interest. Overall you can have a great time here but it is in spite of the service not because of it.

Food was amazing, everything I tasted was great. Service was good, activities were good and the pool areas were enough for everyone to have a good time. However, the room and surrounding area including the elevators need some attention when it comes to cleaning. That would be the only reason I would not return.

I want to say a huge thank you to Tiana at front desk. Top notch customer service from start to finish. She’s the reason why I love to stay at this resort again.

Friendliest staff I’ve ever met first time in Jamaica and loved everything about the resort. The best is that you have access to Hyatt Ziva next door as well for everything so you get the best of both worlds. Love everything about the resort except the dinner at the buffet can have better choices for food, my only complain. Would definitely recommend for someone going there adult only resort.

We have been to many all inclusive resorts over the years and I was very pleased with this property. The staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly. There was no shortage of dining options and places to get quality mixed drinks and snacks. There was also entertainment each night at various locations to include a band, casino night and solo singers in the lobby, etc. It should be noted that the beach at this property is enclosed by rock structures, so you can't take long walks or have access to any beach except in front of the Hyatt Zilara and sister property Hyatt Ziva. The beach sand is nice but is somewhat rocky when you enter the water. There are designated places to enter the water, which are also encircled by rock structures and ropes.

I can't give enough credit to your staff from the Manager to housekeeping and everyone in between, they went out of their way ALL the time. However, the property is at best 3 star. It is in serious need of upgrading, the cement floor have large and deep erosion making walking dangerous in some areas. The plumbing is iffy, the entire 8 days I was there, the bathroom in the gym was out of order. the swim-up rooms are a waste of money. This is the first of many resorts I've visited with swim up room and this was the first with the pool always shaded. The food is excellent with the exception of the Asian, not very flavorless or authentic.

I didn’t like the corner room near the stairs. The staff were good, particularly the. Chef Julean and Keisha in the Italian restaurant. Keisha in Zen..fantastic service.

First time staying in Jamaica. The Hyatt Zilara is a great place to stay. Only 10 minutes from the airport. Staff is super friendly and the food is excellent. I highly recommend the tomahawk steak 40oz but it was an extra charge. The Zilara and the Hyatt Ziva are connected properties and we had access to both. The Zilara was adults only, the Ziva was for all ages. Rooms were very clean with plenty of space. The property is big with lots of areas to hang out with hot tubs, fire pits to relax by in the evening as well as plenty of bars with DJs and TVs if you want to watch sports. Bartenders and waitstaff make sure your drinks keep coming. Some resorts can be stingy with the alcohol, but this resort is not one of them. I will come back.

We stayed in the Jr king suite with pool access from our balcony/deck. It was a dream come true for me because I am a swimmer and I enjoyed taking an early morning swim alone in that exclusive area.
The staff was warm and friendly, they actually seemed concerned about our needs. The activities were fun and the entertainment was good!
We had a couples massage (Blissful) and rented a cabana one day too. It was a dream come true!

Butler suite was great. Bruce and Toni Ann were very responsive and made our stay so relaxing. Resort was clean and the food at the various restaurants was delicious. Highly recommend!

The staff was wonderful, the specialty dining was delicious, the buffet was just okay. They could use some steady music at the pool . The buildings where the guest rooms are is a little dated but clean. The resort itself (pools, bars, restaurants , overall outside space ) is modern and very nice .

Good landscape, pools, facilities.
Problem is my daughter got bed bug bite all over her legs.
After we went down to check with nurse and doctor at the clinic, they said that it was the mosquito bite but based on my experience, it is bed bug bite. My daughter caught a bug around 2 pm and she smooshed it and got blood from the bug.

Room smelled like mildew. Called down several times with no fix. Had to go down the next morning to get assistance. Staff was nice to switch room. Overall rooms were ok. Looked old and not very clean. Not what I expected from a 4 diamond hotel. Food was subpar.

I really enjoyed and was just amazed how serene Montego Bay is. The staff was very hospitable so nice. Everything, the room, food, water, air, the grounds were perfect in my eyesight. I am wanting to come back and visit.

Food and facilities were good, service and cleanliness were excellent, environment was poor- music was way too loud in every location and indoor sound buffering needs improvement. Loud music started at 9:00am and didn't stop until well after midnight, so the quiet window for sleeping was very small. Even the beach was not comfortable for relaxing because guests brought their own speakers and smoked in non smoking areas

First I need to give a shout out to Shakira! She is the best. Very hardworking and super personality. The staff were all wonderful and happy to help with any questions or concerns. The food was ok. Was disappointed the seafood restaurant wasn't open and the Asian restaurant wasn't open. It limited our choices. The Italian restaurant was very good. Probably the best meal I had. I didn't care for the French Restaurant at all. The farm to table restaurant was pretty decent. All the restaurants have a very limited selection of choices. Be warned you must pay outrageous prices for wine! Luckily I don't drink wine, so it wasn't an issue. But if you do it will add hundreds to you bill. The bar food was terrible! I wouldn't recommend eating at the bars. Opted for the buffet for lunch, which had a nice variety of food. The drinks were made with crappy alcohol and sugary. We asked for top shelf vodka and were told they don't use it. So I opted not to drink at all.
Our room was very clean and large. However it wasn't an ocean view like I had booked. It looked over the pool. The property is kept very clean. As long as you don't have any underaged children, you are free to use both resorts. The Ziva is kid friendly and that's where most if the entertainment is. We saw a dew shows and they were pretty good.
Don't book an excursion through the hotel. There are better tour companies through trip advisor. Overall a positive experience.

The food is very low quality....they recyle food..especially in the buffet.....they recycle left overs...in addition very limited variety.....the buffet is very limited no variety.....not clean....i ended up with food poison. This place is a big lie....

I felt safe on the property. The food options was great, and we tried something new everyday but they food is a little bland but they do have to accommodate allergies and many different taste buds. The rooms were very nice and clean. The property was beautiful. The staff was a ray of sunshine and loved their personality. Overall a great resort and would highly recommend
