Wifi didn’t work, asked front desk, was told cannot help. Asked for one more towel n pillow, told to get them at the front, they didn’t deliver to room. Room had a weird smell.

the location was very convenient, but since it was located adjacent to a highway - it was not quite. The breakfast was Ok. the hot dishes were cold and the variety was not ok, very basic breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice , except for the fact no trash bags were in the trash cans in my room . The staff were friendly except for a lady in the morning that was helping with breakfast. I said good morning and she just rudely looked at me . She was a white lady with brown hair that came to her ear. She looked evil and then she evilly stared at me 2 year old. Luckily for her I am elevating myself because if this were a couple years ago I would have definitely asked her why she was staring so miserably at such a nice hotel. Like why come to a place like this to work if your gonna be rude ?? Just go work somewhere where you don’t have to be around people because her energy definitely threw the vibes off . Beside that lady .. I would probably stay again.

I was hoping to swim with my grandchildren but the pool was closed due to maintenance.

We arrived about 5pm on Thanksgiving day. The young lady at the front greeted me with a warm smile and great customer service, just what i need after my travels. I think Marriott has become my hotel of choice.

I liked the fact that I was able to log into my own Netflix and Max account instead of paying to watch movies. The breakfast was also inclusive which also saved me additional money.

Property served its purpose.

I will stay again.

Room was clean, staff were very nice. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. I stayed at 3 separate Fairfield Inn 3 nights in a row and this one had the worst breakfast of the 3. Still good just not as good as the other 2. There was some trash flying around the parking lot but location is on a main highway and it was very windy so I understand that there is only so much they can do. Room only had privacy shades and not room darkening which was disappointing because the light coming in from the windows made it harder to sleep. Overall a great stay but just had the minor things I’m mentioning. Nothing that wouldn’t make me stay here again.

It’s always a pleasant stay when I’m traveling to the area for work.

I should have know there would be issues when we were put in a handicap room with an a-joining room on the first floor that I did not ask for. The 2 people in the a-joining room was so loud and had their tv blaring all night that I needed to call the front desk twice. At 5 am I called again to ask Jeff at the front desk to have them turn off their cell phone alarm that now kept going off every 5-10 min. He came into our room to enter into the a-joining room (they wouldn't answer their front door) as they had their side of the door open! OMG! Then at 6 am workers were either banging metal in the electric room next door to us or in bathroom above our the room. A representative from Hotels.com called the front desk while I was there to ask for a refund. Of course, the young woman needed to call the manager and I'm still waiting for Dru to call me back after needing to "investigate" the situation. Breakfast: Apple juice came out of the cranberry juice dispenser and staff were like "oh yeah, we are out of cranberry juice." What?!?!?! Very disappointing for a $165 room. Clearly poor customer service all around and we will NOT be staying here again.

The manager took time out to remember our names for 2 different stays. He also game is the same handicapped accessible room for both stays. I cut up the top of my right hand and he came up and doctored my hand to stop the bleeding. He also left the medicine to keep the hand from continuing to bleed

Overall, had a good stay for one night. However I wish they had more dining options for breakfast and the bed wasn’t all that comfortable. It was hot and cold in the room even with the A/C on the lowest setting. I’d say it would warrant a 7/10 from me.

We couldn't have asked for more. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. My spouse said: "I want to live here. I love that shower!" Breakfast was plentiful -- a varied menu with something for everyone. The woman in charge was friendly and attentive. Best of all, the price was right.

The start was great, the only downside was the lady working in the dining area during breakfast who wasn't friendly nor polite. Other than that, the stay was good.

The person before me got one, but I didn’t get a welcome gift. Rooms were clean and I didn’t get skeeved out by the beds. Great nights sleep.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. I book two night and I could not stay my second night because of an emergency and they wouldn’t allow me to check out. I ended up leaving and paying for a second night I was not there . The manager is never on site. Just not a good experience

Fairfield Inns never fail to provide just the right amount of comfort and amenities.

The staff was very friendly. I loved the fact that you can reserve the pool to yourself.
