I would love to give this hotel a perfect score but the only thing I had an issue with is the constant noise from above. All night long someone seem to be walking up and down the hallway from the floor above m. Either everyone walked heavy or that floor wasn’t built correctly. The checkin was friendly, professional and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety.

Not so good. There was no one at the desk anytime I needed help. The beds were hard as a rock. Water wouldn’t get warm. When I was finally able to get someone from the office they said maintenance would be there soon and they never showed up. Breakfast was okay. The lines for food was crazy. No where ever to sit. I have a family of 5 and it was hard to find a seat. Breakfast ended at 10 on the weekend and we showed 8 and they were out of almost everything the whole time. Said it was animal “friendly” I have a service animal(cardiac alert dog) yet my dog couldn’t go anywhere. He couldn’t go in the pool area-I wasn’t swimming I was sitting watching my kids. My dog again is supposed to alert me when something is wrong with my heart. He couldn’t go to breakfast with me or anything. It’s just crazy how horrible it was. I honestly just want a refund for the visit.

The air-condition sound is loud also you can hear the sound from next door.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and made weird noises. Had I not been so exhausted I would have asked to switch rooms. Otherwise nice stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The room was so nice and the breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. The location was perfect for the different places we needed to go while we were in Dallas. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and a very nice hotel.

It was overall a great stay. A good and safe area. It was quick and easy to check in.
We didn’t get much sleep because of the person next door being loud. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but it did seem in the quiet of the night that the walls are thin.

The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner was way too noisy- it had a high pitch sound that caused my ears to ring and it wouldn't shut off. The breakfast area was nice and clean as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was good, breakfast was excellent. Mattress aren't good, body aches.AC unit in the room sounds like a generator not quiet at all. New building, but the bed and AC aren't friendly

Hotel was very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk was not always attended, but staff was friendly when there. Breakfast was good, but coffee service was not. Only had light roast coffee and containers were needing replacement with fresh before breakfast. Some difficulty accessing hotel at night with main access road having cars parked on both sides of a narrow street.

The staff was VERY helpful and accommodating. The room and the entire property was clean and very well kept. I wish the pool was a little bit heated. My daughter and I made the best of it by tightly hugging each other for the entire half hour we stayed in the pool.

I was able to check in early, the staff was so friendly, the hotel was so clean, the rooms was cleaned, and smelled Great. The hallway was even clean and NO SMELL AT ALL like some Hotels. The breakfast they serve as been the best one I ever had at any hotels we stayed in over the years. We will definitely book them when we come visit my sister in Texas.
