Check in went well. But,,,, on checkout I asked for a copy of my bill/ receipt as I had elected to pay 'at the hotel' . The front desk person refused to give me my copy saying I could get it from the 3rd party I booked with. Now I have no receipt for my records !! Please look into this and get back to me.

Pros - Very good hot breakfast. Check in and out fast and easy. Real glasses for drinks in the room! Cons- housekeeping gave us clean towels and emptied garbage etc but didn’t make the bed not sure why . The fan in the electric heater was very noisy and ran constantly,unfortunately I forgot to mention this when I left . Would like real coffee mugs in the room instead of cardboard cups ,just a personal preference. Other then that everything was great!

Good stay. Morning coffee was ok. There is a Ti ms right next door if you want better. Only decaf coffee in room. Rest of breakfast was very nice. Rooms looked exactly like the picture. Swan pizza 1min away.

The check in was quick. The room was reasonable enough, run down if anything. There were also holes in the walls. We were watching tv and my son saw a mouse run underneath the fridge. I phoned and ask to change room which they promptly did, however when we went to crawl in the bed four rooms down from the mouse room we saw mouse poop between the pillows. If there is one running around and four rooms down there is mouse poop chances are there is more than one mouse. The fellow at the front desk advised me they have never had mice on the third floor, which surprised me because mice do climb. He didn’t think they would be up that high. We promptly booked another hotel and were refunded. Would not recommend this hotel at all based on its state. The staff was friendly enough.

Garbage around the hot tub area was there for 4 days. The gym area didn't have any way of cleaning, so everything was sticky and gross.
Rusted fixtures and sink surround falling off. Very odd for a newer hotel. Disappointing.
Breakfasts were fine.
Housekeeping was very nice.
Stay down the road at the Holiday in. It's worth the extra $40

The bed was too hard and not very comfortable, also the extra security lock on the door was missing on the room we had, and staff had to bring a stopper for the bathtub to be able to have a bath.

I chose this hotel because it’s a newer one in the city. We were very disappointed to see the shape of the room. The tub was not clean, the bottom is textured and you can tell that no effort goes into cleaning. The sink edges dont get cleaned properly either, and I dont think the carpet was vacuumed very well either. The bathroom fan was very dirty. I don’t think i will stay here again.

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. The breakfast sausage was odd and I felt ill after eating it. The wifi in the room was unusable and I asked the front counter to see if they could fix it and nothing changed. It tested at less than 1mb and could not even run my remote work session.

Hotel doors slammed shut and could be heard loudly in rooms. Room was clean enough but corners of bathroom floor and outside of tub was dirty. Beds were not made daily but towels were always replaced. Full fridge was noisy when condenser ran. Ventilation was poor when people in other rooms were cooking. Short staffing and had trouble finding staff at the front desk when checking out.

I booked two rooms for my colleague and I for a one night stay. We arrived separately, but the staff at the front desk were welcoming and made the process quick and easy for both of us. The problems started when we reached our rooms. I got to my room and the security lock was broken. I asked for a new room and the lock there was broken as well. I finally got a room with a functioning lock on the third try, but it was not the style of room I had booked. My colleague, who arrived 2 hours later than me also had a broken security lock in her first room. She was moved to a suite on the main floor but neither the door to the hallway or the door outside had a security lock. In order to feel safe in that suite, my colleague pushed furniture in front of the doors so that she could sleep comfortably. Through all this, the staff was pleasant and try to accommodate us but this is not the standard that I would have expected from a Wyndham hotel.

This is an extremely outdated hotel that needs a ton of work. The fridge did not seal properly so everything inside was unsafe to eat the next morning. Checkout is at 11am and if you’re not checked out at 11 they start calling (call came at 1102am.) asking them to hang on to a bag after checking out might as well as asked them to do some brain surgery as they were so confused that someone wouldn’t want to drag their bag around all day before leaving in the late afternoon. Their rates are extremely high for what you get, I would suggest going elsewhere for the night for a better experience.

Very clean hotel, great staff, great continental breakfast. They had complimentary lemonade and ice cold water available all the time, this was refreshing. Would stay there again.

Asked to be on second or third floor as was not comfortable staying on the first floor with door to outside. Air conditioner was also loud on and off throughout the night.
