Some staff came and knocked at our door at 1045 asking if we were checking out late. Never had anyone come ask me prior to check out time at any much nicer hotels if I was ready to leave let alone if it was even 15 min past check out time!! Not impressed

The staff were excellent and friendly. They were able to accommodate every need. I was able to store good platters in their fridges.

Very comfortable beds, new rooms.

My key card kept failing and talking to other guests, they were having the same issue. It's a brand new facility so I'm sure they're still working out some of the smaller startup issues.

We'd never stayed in a double king bedroom before. The extra space was very welcomed after being cramped in the car on our road trip. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved the high countertops in the bathroom too. Breakfast was good, with multiple hot options, pastries, fruit, and yogurt in the fridge. Would definitely recommend!

They were very helpful and accommodating when I had to make changes because of family illness.

The food , room, shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash / lotion dispenser.

Adult supervision with bunch of kids running around the pool area without showering before taking over the hot tub and pool with us less than 5 minutes in hot tub.

The staff are so friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The pool was fun for all! We will be definitely be coming back!
