Loved everything. Personnel is really atentive and nice. Breakfast buffet it’s amazing!

The room was a little spartan but very clean. The restaurants in the immediate area are amazing. I can't say enough about the staff, best of our 4 week trip for sure. Loved our stay.

My husband and I only stayed here one night, but it was enough to make a lasting impression. The staff at BED Phrasingh are some of the kindest, most thoughtful people we’ve encountered in our travels. I would consider planning a second trip to Chiang Mai just so I could stay at BED Phrasingh for a longer visit.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Great hotel to stay… very friendly & helpful stuff. My room was spacious & comfortable. Very good location within the Old Town of ChiangMai. They have bikes available for guests.I would definitely stay again.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Off the main road so it was quiet. Unlimited water and fruit all day.

It was great place to stay, all the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean. It was located in a very convenient place. They provide breakfast and also snacks and drinks throughout the day. I highly recommend this place.

We came to this place after a comfortable stay at the Sheraton (after paying much more higher price). I was a little disappointed about the conditions, especially considering the high review ratings. The thing that bothers me most is the smell of the room (though I have to say that I am very sensitive to smells and noises). But after one night staying here, I completely changed my view. We used the air freshener to easily get rid of the smell. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is excellent; we walked to see the Chiang Mai gate market in the early morning. It was a great experience to walk through the quiet streets at 5 am, listening to the morning chatter from a temple, etc. We only stayed 2 nights here, but towards the end of the stay, we made our decision that for sure we will be back and staying at this hotel again.

A great hotel made amazing by all the staff, nothing is too much trouble and they treat you like your a family member. Breakfast good with a wide range of English and Thai. Fruit juice water coffee and fruit available all day. Excellent location for transport links. Many thanks Bed family hope to be back one day x

What a great little hotel, the concept and design was simple easy and welcoming. The staff are all super friendly accommodating and happy to assist with whatever was requested. One of the owners introduced himself to us and he too was warm, outgoing and enthusiastic.. it was a pleasure to see and be around. The breakfast was fresh, well presented and ticked the boxes for our group of 5 Thank you for looking after us !

We loved our stay here . The staff were wonderful especially the chef. Mai prepared the most fabulous dishes for breakfast that I would say is the best hotel breakfasts we ever had! It is great place for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Lovely rooms but the staff make the place fantastic with how helpful they are. Can’t wait to come back.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Everyone was pleasant, kind, and helpful. The staff helped me book tours and took care of me when I got ill. The extras like unlimited water and coffee are nice perks. I can't wait to visit again.

An Exceptionally Special Place Away from Home I don't know how to describe our experience other than my wife and I never felt more at home and welcomed than at the BED Phra Singh. Service was top notch and felt so genuine. The staff members are wonderful, helpful and go out of their way to assist you. The place is kept very clean everyday. It's conveniently located near everything and easy to remember location behind the Wat Phra Singh. Free bike rentals, and 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Also very close to Sunday Night market. There are a lot of free services given at the hotel as well, like bottle water, fresh juices, colas, cereals, snacks, coffee and teas, and fresh fruit too 24/7. Their check in and check out times are the best keeping to the old standards of 2pm in and 12 pm out times. It is so rare now in days and we didn't feel rushed like so many other hotels cutting short time. The hotel also has 3 resident cats that are rescued strays that call the hotel their home. They are basically loving members of the hotel staff and are friendly as well. The "Adults only" policy is a plus as the place is quiet with a relaxing atmosphere. Sometimes couples or people who deal with children all day just need a getaway place and this was perfect. Breakfast is top tier. Not your typical boring eggs and bacon like so many hotels doing and cheap out. This was homecooked style variety of Thai foods. It was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here as well.

Our stay at this BED (adult only) hotel was great!! It is really the staff here that made our stay a wonderful one! So courteous and helpful. Every morning they talked to us about our plans for the day and offered recommendations. They had a genuine interest in making sure we were getting the most out of our stay in Chiang Mai. Farn ( I think I spelled that right) visited with us almost every morning and had us try some fish for breakfast that we would have skipped, and it was delicious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of variety and plentiful. We had a bit of a hiccup upon arriving (the bathroom was too small for my disabled husband) but they immediately moved us to a different room with a bigger shower. The hotel is in the old city and within walking distance to temples, museums, restaurants and the Sunday Night Walking market. Also right down the alley were self service washers!! The rooms are very clean and serviced daily. Would definitely recommend and if we were to visit Chiang Mai again we would definitely stay here at BED Phrasingh!

Incredible experience; an unbelievable breakfast and staff that go the extra mile to asisst - literally couldn't fault anything.

The property itself had all of the right amenities from unlimited bottled water to mini bar to 24 hour free snacks and fruit to an amazing full fresh breakfast every morning! The staff were all VERY friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs or answer questions.

Great little hotel in Chiangmai old town. Convenient and practical, fantastic staff, wonderful breakfast and many details here and here that makes this place really special and with a great value for money.

This hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are small but efficient and clean. The best part is the breakfast that’s included. The chef is phenomenal and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can easily walk all over Chiang Mai from the hotel.

Excellent service! Nice location

Perfect location for exploring Chiang Rai. We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean & compact but well planned and the bed was comfy. There is free bottled water (and coffee I believe) all day. The breakfast is basic but good. And the staff are fantastic. They were all polite and happily helped us with our questions and plans. Particularly mention to Farn (hope I have spelt that correctly) - thank you for all your help.

This is place was AMAZING. The endless water fridges and the breakfast was always phenomenal. I didn't want to leave.

Excellent Hotel, friendly staff, well kept property. Close to Sunday night market. They offer complimentary water snack’s coffee at the lobby . Rooms are fabulous, really enjoyed my stay here last not for one night , wish I had booked for longer . Will come back

Awesome stay. Incredibly helpful staff, especially Jeff at the front desk. He was amazing. Breakfast every morning was fantastic.

Nice and thoughtfully curated breakfast. The water cooler to fill your own bottle is a nice sustainable feature too. and all the bottles used are recyclable glass. Super friendly staff and 2 cute but elusive cats.

This place was fantastic! Great location and the only hotel I have ever stayed at where the breakfast buffet was some of the best food we had on our trip... and it was FREE! The staff were incredibly friendly, in the "you wish you could be friends with them" sort of way instead of the fake customer service way you typically encounter. They anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had (like offering us towels for our day trip to the Elephant Sanctuary! And ordering us a Grab car to the airport at a discounted rate). Plus, while a lot of places have people who can speak English, and it IS a foreign country so native fluency shouldn't be expected, I have to admit it WAS a really nice bonus to interact with staff who were completely fluent in my langauge.

The hotel was lovely, very clean in a great location and the staff was excellent. Will definitely recommend The Bed to anyone coming to Chiangmai.

Beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Nice hot shower. Breakfast food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I gave it 4 stars as the swimming pool is basically in the lobby. Each person that comes to the hotel or sits in lobby watches you swim. Nice small pool but No privacy.
