- Location - They had a nice and respectful guy called Mahmood. He contacted me after I booked and he was helpful a couple of times. he also made our early check-out process very easy.

- The apartment was not the same as the one shown in Booking.com. TOTALLY DIFFERENT ONE! - $75 a night was way too much money for value. I then checked and found better apartments with half of that money. - Heating didn't work and the weather was very called, I had to call the staff to get us an electrical heater to get the kids a bit warm and to get our washed clothes dry. They charged us $50 for after departure clean up service. Too expensive and not mentioned in the booking, should have been included in the original booking fees.

On arrival the manager was in his office at the location. Key transition was fast.

The apartment was different from the one I booked. the apartment was cold. Wifi did not work half of the time, TV as well - did not work half of the time. The manager took a deposit of 100 euros (It wasn't mentioned that there should be a deposit) and did not return it to us as promised. Then he suggested that I shouldn't worry much about it since it is just 100 euros. We had to arrange the friend to keep the keys in order to get the deposit back.

Big apartment, well equipped.

Rooms were much bigger than expected, WiFi was great and the owner was very responsive to requests. We requested an extra cleaning after we arrived and this was arranged pretty quickly. Location is very convenient when travelling by car.

The rooms were not clean on arrival, appliances were very old, some falling apart and not working (showers, stove, hot/warm water). We could also only pay in cash on arrival and most of the personnel did not speak English.
