Very nice and clean

This property is great for the view and the area, walk to the beach right outside the building, parking is near and included in the stay. I loved that we could walk to dining, the market beach pools, coffee shops, everything about the stay was great except the minor things like a couple small appliances were needing repaired or replaced and the room we stayed it could really use a deep clean and touch up paint. But overall we were very satisfied and would come and stay again.

I like the location of this property however the beds were absolute trash very noisy the view from the 19th floor was great most of the food in the area is exactly the same

The room needs a fresh coat of pain and a new ice maker in their refrigerator. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was a very clean room. I liked how it was at the end of the hall and there wasn’t random people walking by all hours of the night. Would stay again!

Excellent location to popular downtown beach restaurants. Close to pier for shopping. It was quite noisy though lots of yelling and racing up n down road at night. Condo was a little outdated...beds worn out. Patio lights didnt work. Overall stay was good.

Where do I start? It started without any clear instructions on the ridiculously strict check-in process. Nowhere on my instructional app did it state the requirement of parking on the third floor of the parking garage to unload (without leaving the car unattended - another strictly enforced rule). The security staff was horribly rude, seemed to hate their job and threatened to tow our car on several occasions. The parking garage had a walkway across the road that could be accessed from the third floor, but third floor parking was reserved for owners only so guests have to hunt for a parking spot on other floors, requiring either a long walk dodging cars, a disgusting trek down the smelly stairwell or a sweltering ride in the elevator (which took 20 minutes to arrive). Once inside, there are FOUR elevators to service 20+ floors of guests, which were located just outside the air conditioned hallway…the longest we waited for an elevator to arrive at our floor was around 20 minutes, so we gave up and took the 10 flights of stairs up to our room. When we FINALLY reached our condo, we were taken aback by how dirty and disheveled it was. Its pretty bad that we had to pay a cleaning fee for this room when I had to clean it myself upon arrival. The photos when we booked showed bunk beds (no bunk beds in sight) just a creaky pullout with a paper thin mattress. To top it off, the room next door was UNDER CONSTRUCTION, which they worked on until 2AM each night! NEVER AGAIN!

The room wasn’t very clean. Bed skirt was dirty and bathtub jets had black mildew or mold in them visible to the eye. The hot water heater also made a loud screaming noise the whole time we were there even after maintenance came to look at it

I have to start by saying I had the best time in a long time on a vacation. It was definitely such a beautiful place to stay and our Condo was the cutest ever. Very clean and so was the whole place and offered chairs on the beach and easy access to the bar outside Tower 1, maybe in the future they could build a bar outside Tower 2. Our room had a few minor things that didn’t work when we got there but we overlooked it and hopefully when we come back they have it fixed up. It was a good spot to stay that the stores wasn’t far away as well. No Golf Carts allowed was a bummer but we managed. We will be back again and enjoy the beautiful beaches!

The door code (10 digits) only worked for 12 hours. The second code lasted 24 hours. I had to call for the third Time while we were and one of the times was 9:00 at night and I had to wait for the owner who was driving, to pull over and give me the third code. I’m 68 years old. Can I just have a KEY! Each code was 10 numbers. Ridiculous! And this code was to the second door we had to go through. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom. No can on the kitchen.

The view was spectacular. we really enjoyed the beach. I would stay at this property again.

I like the location. I think the room should be cleaned better. For example, shower curtain changed ...floors cleaned...

This was our second time to stay at the Majestic. It is a beautiful resort. The view is fantastic.

Place was in a great location. Room was very clean and up to date.

It was a nice place but the communication was just by text,I like talking to someone if I have a problem or question

I would not recommending booking through Panhandle. They do not return calls or emails. The condo was dirty and furniture was broken. There is even a sign that said the condo was not clean according to government code for covid as well. I will never book a room or condo through Panhandle again.

Check in was super easy. Parking was great. Staff wasn't overly friendly, but not extremely rude. The condo views were amazing. The condo itself was pretty clean, but dated. Had a wonderful time with my significant other on this property. Short walk to the beach and the condo was extremely clean. The condo was stocked with all the necessary items we needed and plenty of towels for our stay. Would book again in the future!

Property was nice. It was just confusing when we first got there

Great property ... needed more towels and the washer and dryer was not working properly. This condo is private owned so resort staff wasn’t able to get more towels

No big issues here. Only issue was we were on time for check-in at 4 pm and housekeeping did not get there until we were already inside the room.

I didnt like that we had to wait until 6:30pm to get into our room we were not even able to enjoy the pool the entire check in day because we were not able to go inside out room to get out wrist bands other than that our trip was amazing

The stay in the room 1-805 was terrible the bed was not good at all was just a foam mat the trash compactor you could here every morning around 6:00 am the door has no locks from the inside on the out door the locks on the balcony was broken and did not work call to have them fix it no on cam to fix it had little kids so worrying about them going out was a issue to the balcony the tub was a mess when we got there hair from other people was all in the tub the light over stove did not work the only thing worth it was the view but only I. The living room area and pictures showed from bed room when trying to book the room

I enjoyed my stay here! I would recommend this stay!
