We were woken at 3:30/4am to extreme and excessive loud thumping and building shaking coming from the third floor that lasted until 12pm.

The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good

I didnt like the breakfast prices for the quality of the food we recieved.

The property was very neat and convenient. I would like to see breakfast included if you stay overnight, like many other hotels. The price was not a match to the properties that offer an included breakfast. Higher price, then charge $16.00 a person for a breakfast.

This is my new favorite hotel

Our check-in was easy, our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of counter space. Yes, it matters! It was also great to have an opportunity to purchase food and beverages on site in the evening and morning.

Our stay was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Great location for what we needed. Like huge thank you to the Breakfast lady Micki she really went above and beyond for us. Hopefully i got her name right, we really appreciated everything she did for us during our stay.

Great location for us...near but not IN downtown Olympia. Very safe and clean. Nice having a restaurant and bar onsite. Pet friendly as well. Will stay here again!

It was nice having a restaurant inside so you don’t have to look for a place to eat. I recommend staying on the other side of the hotel not where the freeway is you can hear the traffic. But other than that it was nice and so was the staff.

Staff was great. Breakfast was disgusting and overpriced. $16 for less than what you get free most places. Even the staff says it’s over priced and the food is as they put it “edible” since they started their new menu. Spent2 different times there this last month service great quality and price terrible Won’t be back

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They went above and beyond make our stay better! The lady that checked us in and the man that serviced us breakfast, very impressed by them both!! Definitely would stay again.

The food that was free was not the best.

The hotel, staff and amenities were great. It's nice that there is a restaurant and bar on the premises. We stayed in a King Suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave hidden in the cabinets was a nice touch. The soaking tub was fantastic - it was one of the reasons we chose this property, and it did not disappoint! The only reasons why we cannot rate this property to the max is that it is sooooo close to the freeway, and the truck noise continued all night. There was even a tire blow out right outside of our window, which caused us both to bolt straight up in bed. Also, for such a new hotel the furniture in our suite was a little messed up - it looked like pet damage. There was a large paw print on the sitting chair in the bedroom, and the cushions in the lounge area sofa were nearly completely detached by what looked like doggie efforts. Glad to see pet friendly options, but some maintenance is needed in this case to ready it for guests. Room 407, Hilton. Check it out! A note about the bathroom - it seemed like wall weave on the bathtub enclosure of that size was a strange choice. This thing holds hundreds of gallons of steamy water. It is already loosening due to moisture. Also, there are NO towel bars except on the rail of the vanity at one end of the room. This is not the end of the room by the shower! Lol... we had to do a little wiggle walk on the bathmat to scoot across the room for towels. It was a little awkward.
