The front desk staff were very friendly and moved me to a room within 15 minutes of checking in after being assigned a non-accessible room after I explained that I had called ahead to request an accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower. Very good free breakfast with good options!

We had so much fun and we loved the pool. Wish there was a hot tub but se la vie lol the morning breakfast is AMAZING!

Very friendly staff behind the counter. Very accommodating room cleaning staff. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold offerings. I also enjoyed the complimentary cookies in the evening. My only complaint is the traffic noise from outside could be heard. I wished the windows could insulate outside sound better.

It was a good stay for two nights while Vi’s family without room. Good breakfast.

Holiday inns are my go to hotels usually. I wanted a cup of coffee in my room so I went to prepare it and the water holder tank was absolutely disgusting. So I had to get dressed and go down stairs to get my coffee. When I was ready to get breakfast, I was told 6am start time. I was there at 6:15am It was still closed and I was told they didn’t open until 6:30Am. So I let them know what I was told. She seen my frustration and said ok go ahead and help yourself but not all the food is done. As I was packing my belongings to leave, I usually pull the covers back… well I notice at the bottom of the headboard on the mattress was fill of dirt, dead skin, and all different kinds of peoples hair! Not all Holiday in s are bad but I will not stay at this one again.

I stayed twice for business in a week. Both times, two separate rooms the sink backed up. The mini fridge was loud. Not worth the cost.

The staff is pretty amazing during our stay. The breakfast the next morning was terrible. Everything was burnt or out, including the coffee. They had no white milk for cereal. The pool was ok, no pool towels. I would have taken ours down from the room but we only had two for 3 guests. The place itself is clean and comfortable.

The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and the room was both nice but around here you can find a better hotel with about the same amount.

Stayed in town for two nights on business. Safe, comfortable, decent hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pretty good continental breakfast spread. Hotel is a little dated with some updated fixtures. Would stay here again.

Kind and friendly staff

The trash bin outside was overly full all evening and i felt that it just devalued the overall look of the hotel. Our second night thrre i took a shower and the soap pump ran out thus making me shower with shampoo. Overall, i loved tge cleaness and the friendly and attentive staffs.

We spent 3 nights here while visiting our daughter. The room was large enough to not feel cramped. The bed was quite comfortable and we appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. Great breakfast options.
