Hotel is average, upon arrival I was ignored waiting to check in,the room windows barely open and the whole place smells when you walk in because there is no ventilation. Not wonderful!!

It might’ve been my fault, but I thought I booked a suite not a room and I ended up in a room all in all, though I would stay there again. It was very pleasant. Love the breakfast free parking gym pool Jacuzzi.

Our stay was wonderful. The only issue was the check in info was a little confusing and we couldn’t get into the building. The other issue was the shower drain was very slow draining.

First and foremost, we LOVE Hubert, a robot that delivers items to your room. Our son was always excited when he would see Hubert again.
Second, the room was just right. Spacious enough for our 4 year old to run around. All the amenities we needed were already provided (microwave, fridge, coffee & tea maker, etc.)
We have an ev and we charged our vehicle for FREE!
Last but not least, there is an Outback Steakhouse in walking distance!
Oh and how can I forget, Legoland is a short and easy drive away!

I was glad to see that they have a robot to send any items we needed, like extra sets of towels. This hotel is very close to many shopping centers, and is definitely freeway close. I enjoyed the breakfast, and access to coffee 24/7.

The service and accommodations were fine, but the heat did not work and it was super cold. We didn't notice until at night. No engineer was available until morning, so a cute robot delivered extra blankets. The engineer repaired it the next morning, but by evening, it was not working again and only blowing freezing air (it was in the low 30's outside!) no matter what temperature we set the thermostat!

We recently went to Las Vegas and stayed at the Virgin Hotel... ok, we really stayed at the Silver Seven and a friend stayed at the Virgin.
We were surprised to learn that neither of these hotels had either a coffee maker, a refrigerator nor a microwave.
So we were pleasantly surprised that the Fairfield Marriott had all the above.

A housekeeping person banged on our door at 9:30am to see if we were still in the room. That was very much not appreciated.

Checkin was quick and easy. The hotel was clean and service was awesome. People were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we could need including a fridge and microwave. The daily buffet breakfast had tasty offerings every day . I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the facility sparkling, and everything was perfect. However, I have to give a shout out to the robot, we had him deliver a few things and saw him in the elevator delivering to others. He’s amazing!! The highlight!!

This was a one-night stop for us, after a family holiday gathering in the area. The location was extremely convenient and when we checked out, access to the freeway was quick. Once the toddler upstairs stopped running around, which was brief, our room was quiet the entire night and morning. We used the hot tub - clean and no other guests. There were stacks of pool towels in an open cabinet immediately visible once we entered through the locked door. Our room smelled fresh and the beds were very comfortable. Both the beds had an array of pillows with varying firmness - Loved that.
Bathroom was very clean and I liked how the shower had full pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - no need to open a gazillion, tiny amenity bottles. There was a proper breakfast of hot scrambled eyes, crispy bacon, DIY waffles, and the basic cold fare as well. We give this Fairfield Inn a 10 out of 10. We'll be back.
