They charged me an additional $25 upon check-in without even telling me about it. My booking specifically said all taxes and fees were included and yet they charged me more and were not forthcoming about the additional charge. I feel like I got scammed for additional money.

The property is conveniently located.

The hotel is seriously overpriced for what it is. Our bedding was very old and worn, the mattress and pillows were saggy. The curtains do not block light properly and the lights from the pool area came into our room all night. The elevator broke in the morning and the hotel staff did not put a sign up to inform guests that it was out of order - we just waited by the lift until a cleaning lady finally told us that it wasn’t working. Breakfast tables were dirty when we came down. Overall it really not a very pleasant stay.

Road noise kept us from sleeping. Even though I asked for quiet room we were put next to the road. The windows must be very poorly insulated as it wss extremely loud. Don't book here if you want a good nights sleep.

Clean, good location, comfy beds, big bathroom, free breakfast

Breakfast area was not stocked well. Coffee was out, juice ran out, minimum options for Breads, fruit, and yogurts. Seemed like one person couldn't keep up with restocking.

Breakfast was good but it could have used some potatoes. Clean rooms are a big plus. The staff was very friendly and professional. I choose this location over many beachfront properties because of the safety of the parking lot and the protection of my vehicle. Although it is not ideal, it is much safer than many other choices.

There isn't much to not like about this location. If I'm going to be picky, they could have upgraded the toilet paper. Very poor quality and I was very surprised to find they supplied just about the worst one could buy. But it wasn't a deal breaker.

There are 5 electric car chargers and only one was available and being used - we had to spend a considerable amount of time going to another place to charge our car

We loved the spacious bathroom and shower.

Our room on the 2nd floor faced a busy street, very noisy. Lots of street traffic
