Really a near hotel with excellent view of lusaka central town and surrounding areas- small yet very functional gym- the bar was excellent with the south African zambian experienced bar man making very tasteful cocktails

Great location, near the market and shopping. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The temperature of the pool was somewhat cold as it's not heated.

The property was clean. The staff were nice. At check in, I was not aware of the breakfast time and/or cost. The AC was not working in the common areas. One of the elevators was broken.

At the beginning, house keeping was a bit sketchy, but the service improved in the course of my stay. The good point about this facility is new, but elevators did acting up several times.
All in all, I think I will return to stay again.

My family did a road trip between Lilongwe and Livingstone with a stop in Lusaka each way along the way. The Hilton (we did one night on the way back) felt like a nice treat. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the breakfast we had was the best one of our trip.

The property and on site staff were fine. Unfortunately, I had requested a pick up at the airport in an area and country I am totally unfamiliar with. Nobody was there when we arrived.

Staff of hotel and its restaurant were extra friendly, courteous, and respectful. Very professional.
We chose certain days to have our room cleaned but it never happened, but they compensated by giving us a free meal. They can come up a bit on housekeeping service communication.

It seems that the standards for service in the dining room are not as high as elsewhere. Food was good but often took a long time to arrive. In addition, the dining hours were not observed (e.g., breakfast only started one day at the stated 6 am time, the rest of the time, they opened up somewhere around 7–7:30.
There were some mechanical problems the week that we were there. The lifts were not working properly and that was a challenge for a 20-story building.

If one wants to buy products or meals must carry credit card, because even if cash payments are accepted NO ONE (from staff) gives change (they don't have, or dont want to)
Cairo Rd area in general is very dirty and should be walked alone in the evening

Amazing staff who knew the meaning of good customer service. I felt welcomed from the second I set foot on the property. Hotel was spotless (it is only 2 years old) and rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good too.

We love staying at this hotel. It's got everything you need, it is clean, staff is friendly and professional, and you have great views of the city. We live in Zambia, but not in Lusaka, and enjoy staying at the Hilton for city weekends and when traveling.

We needed to reschedule our trip due to visa processing taking longer than expected and every hotel and airline was corporative but this hotel did not reschedule.

Definitely will stay again. And the staff were friendly. Very comfortable with plenty space in the room.
You don’t feel that you are on Cairo road at all.
One down side is I wasn’t given a porter to help with the bags when I arrived.
I’m sure this is supposed to be standard procedure in a 4 star hotel.

A quick business trip. Lovely Hotel. Just in a very busy area, but that was fine.

I had an amazing 3-night stay during a business trip to Lusaka at this brand new hotel. The staff are the friendliest I have ever encountered hope they can keep this standard up even after the newness dies down. Beautiful pool that I unfortunately didn't get to use that overlooks the city. In "town" and right next to Cairo Mall which has pretty much anything you would need - there is a lot of traffic but that's everywhere in Lusaka. Great breakfast and room service!
