I was on the 1st floor. The floor was so cold you couldn't walk on it barefoot. Plus, the heater in the room would not allow you to turn up the temp. I was extremely surprised. I wanted a better hotel and paid for it. I was very disappointed.

I have an handicapp sign for back issue andvother i asked if they could change my room as first it was far for me to walk and the room was so cold even after putting the heat at 25 was told as per quote at front desk oh you booked thrue expedia.ca and those are the only room reserve for them well im sorry but at 192.00 a nìght i expected more wont be staying there again this is my 2nd time and the last.

Super great service! The quality of their food in their restaurants is out of this world. The best salmon tartar that I have ever eaten.

Check in staff could not find Expedia reservation. Showed email from Expedia to staff - they said I was 1x day early - as they were looking at the check out date. Somehow they found they found the reservation and noticed it was paid in full. RfID keys issued, no info on wifi or where room is. No map on ground floor showing room locations. More staff at Starbucks outlet than reception.

Staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room was great, parking across the street super easy. Great little breakfast brought to the room. Perfect spot for walking around old Quebec.

Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff is wonderful. Starbucks in the lobby is a nice bonus. We really enjoyed Sunday brunch at the hotel's restaurant. We will be back!

Good bed, nice to have a small fridge and room service after a long drive.
Bathroom was crowded, toilet behind the door. Water in the shower ran hot and cold during the shower- maybe needs a pressure valve for control.

The property lived up to my expectations. Clean. Easy to find. Nice view. Close to shopping mall and restaurants. We had a room on the ground floor, it was very quiet and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say.

Great hotel - we have stayed here before. This time, the room was stuffy, but put air up and was better. Bed and linens great! Restaurant - Giraffe is excellent! We've had better rooms when we stayed, this room had a small bathroom. #142 So we will be aware next time we stay. Recommend this hotel. Staff was lovely.
