Everything was great except for one thing. There was no mirror in the room itself outside the bathroom. A full length mirror was missed a lot

The hotel is cleand and new, however they ended up putting me and my husband in a room that was connect to another. The problem was the guests from the other room were really loud even after 11 pm
I texted the front desk and they told me they would ask them to keep it down, but the experience was horrible.
My husband had a very important test next morning, so we just wanted a good night rest, but it was impossible because of the noisy guests.
I don’t understand why they assigned this room to us if we had no idea who were the people next door. Especially when we heard them talking to another couple and saying goodbyes, why then the hotel didn’t assign the couples next to each other and leave the other guests rest?
The same couple next to us had guests over at 8 am! They kept talking loud and I could hear eveything.
I understand my experience was bad because of other guests, but the hotel could have assigned a different room for us. Since this one was connected, we could hear most of things because of the hole underneath the connection door.

Tv get very few channels the only movies u can get are $29.95 what a joke no micro wave but u can rent one from the desk cluck for $30.00 a day i wont go back

The bartender always overcharges. Last visit he did the same thing. Charges more then menu price and then claims the corporate raised the prices. If you insist then he makes the correct bill. Ordered one 2 oz whiskey for $18.50 and he charged $35. Beware.

Hotel is not bad but we lost our van in your parking lot and you didn’t even provide the video to the police. We were struggling to find car rental as we supposed to returning home. Definitely it is not a safe and secure area. Thought that Canada is safe but definitely not in Mississauga.

The hotel is great, very clean, modern. The area in Mississauga is very industrial so the hotel is not set in a park like are - but is very convenient due to proximity of the highways. The staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful.
The only thing that i found disconcerting is that all the doors around the perimeter of the hotel are locked. Not even a room key opens them. And if you take the stairs instead of elevator you cannot exit into the lobby, you exit outside in a courtyard with no exit door in the gates and the hotel doors are locked. I will stay here a lot though because of the hotel and location of my office. I recommend

There were two things which I feel can be improved . Firstly the pillows were not comfortable. So sleep was compromised to some extend. Secondly, if there would have been microwave in the room that would have been a complete package to stay.0

The staff were very friendly, always greeting me with a warm smile. Room was cleaned perfectly every day. Paul, the GM stopped to ask how my stay was and had a nice conversation with me. Workout room was well supplied and maintained. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff that maintained it. Overall a great stay.

Did not really like the breakfast provided. The bananas were always over ripe, some days, no fruit salad. It would be great if there was greek yogurt, a good source of protein instead of the sausage, etc. and Mueslie.

This place is best to stay ! The staff is so friendly and nice the breakfast is amazing , very professional staff and best best experience. I used to go to Hilton for all my trips but now Hyatt is my favorite and will definitely came again

What was negative was the doors. They slam shut with such force I couldn’t sleep as guests were accessing or leaving rooms until 2 am on my floor as well as my colleagues- even the staff door in the business centre area was continuously slammed as staff were in and out - makes it hard to concentrate on a business task or phone call - otherwise nice but this door issue will prevent me or my colleagues from staying again
