Loved this hotel. Clean and convenient. Nice gym space. Doors close really loudly so wake you up when your neighbors move in and out. But would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable hotel in the newly developed beautiful harbor area The hotel was fairly priced and the free breakfast was an added bonus. Even though the hotel is a little removed from the center of Boston, it is still located in a fun area with lots of restaurants bars and museums . The hotel is easily accessible by walking or a short ride from the historical parts of Boston, especially during a warmer weather. Overall a very enjoyable and nice stay.

Great overall property convenient to Seaport, Expo Center. Would book again.

Worked for our needs

Bed was super comfortable but my TV didn't work properly, which was disappointing. I could watch, but there was no way to see the guide, etc. Also, there is no room service, which for a nice hotel, I would expect room service. I probably wouldn't stay again since I like room service when staying in a hotel for business.

...everything was great except parking. Its either valet or park in the adjacent lot and walk over which is not fun if you have baggage or weather related...

The hotel was great. Unfortunately they don’t have free parking garage available, but other than that whole experience was awesome.

Upon arriving to the property, the parking situation was horrendous! We circled around about 4 times as we were unable to enter where the parking was as it is shared between another building and a restaurant. Traffic was also entering a one way the wrong way. We finally got to the spot where the valet was which I had prepaid. No one was out there. I had to go inside for help and was told to go back and someone would help me. It was upwards of 10 minutes before anyone came. I was met with an attitude from the valet when I explained what was going on. There was traffic coming in both ways and no one could move. The car was finally taken and we headed towards check in. Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly and nice. Well we got to the room and that was the next hellish moment. The rooms on either side were so loud and I could hear their conversations perfectly and the lyrics to the music one of them was listening to as well. I called down to the front desk and was told someone would come by and speak to them. Some time had passed and nothing changed. I called down to the front desk and asked to move rooms. This is when my stay took a turn for the better. The front desk attendant was kind and understanding! He moved us to the quiet floor. I was so grateful as we had driven in during a snowstorm and just wanted to get some rest. He places us in a room at the end of the hall and it was perfect! We woke up refreshed and enjoyed the breakfast!

Valet parking is a joke. Valets cannot communicate because mos don’t speak English! bDo they even have drivers licenses? Manager of this Hyatt couldn’t get off her butt and come down to help with valet issues. Cars were everywhere! No ne to move them after people checked in $56 for this “ service”. This hotel has fabulous staff and service. Front desk staff is top notch as is housekeeping and maintenance. The breakfast is wonderful. They keep it stocked and replace items super efficiently even when the hotel is at capacity as it was for NYE weekend. We will always look for a Hyatt Place when we travel in the future.

The hotel was good overall with an excellent location close to restaurants and shops. Our room was right next to the elevators which is perfect for me. However, the next morning after our arrival, I took one of the in-room mugs to make some coffee and it was dirty. Also, the cleaning staff knock on our door at 9:30am even when we were leaving the room at noon (checkout time). No big deal, but it was something I did not expect.
