Staff was amazing! Very kind and friendly. We’re a fam of 5 and we were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday. Location is great for food and shopping. Pearl is a DELICIOUS restaurant and walking distance. Roy is awesome and gave us recommendations for a barber and let us extend our stay hassle free with late check out.

Wonderful stay with friends over the weekend. Continental breakfast is convenient and nice setting. The juice selections were delicious. Free coffee and tea 24 hours in lobby, also hot cocoa. Friendly staff at desk, helpful when needed. Beds super soft and pillows perfect comfort level. Walls pretty much sound proof. Only noise we heard was planes over head. Very clean room, very aesthetic too. We were on first floor with no view but we didnt need one really. First floor was good and felt safe. Never heard of Home2 Suites before this friends vacation. We all loved it so much. We weren't even homesick because it was like we had a small apartment to share. I liked the swivel chair, it was the most comfortable desk chair ever. The rooms have stove, sink, dish washer, microwave and fridge. Room had chamomile tea to relax us after a long day walking the city. Much fun. If we return to Boston as a group, we will definitely go back to this spot. Price was affordable to split between five people. 5 stars.

We booked via Expedia and received multiple emails from hotel to welcome us, but front desk could not find our booking at check-in. Luckily, we got our room after called Expedia. Front desk staff super nice and professional, who went above and beyond to make things easy. Room is clean and big, with kitchen. Hot breakfast and all-day coffee/tea are great. Hotel is not in a premium location, big group of guests partying pass mid-night with loud music.

Hot breakfast was very good with waffles, eggs, bagels, sausages, yogurt, juices, milk. Bed was very comfortable. Room looked well-kept and was clean. Some guests were being a little noisy at 2:00 am but overall great stay! Front office also let me check out a little late. Thank you!

The property was actually more than what I expected for this type of hotel. Very clean and efficient. On first sight breakfast looked a bit crude but works really well. A bit more variety would be good, but satisfying to start your day. Bedrooms are very good. Spacious, clean & all amenities available.

The stay was very average. It was fine, but the duvets did not have bedding in them and the air in our room was very heavy. We couldn’t open our windows to air out. The breakfast was also okay, but the selection was not that big. However, the area was quiet, we did not hear any noises even though we slept in the ground floor.

We had an amazing time in Boston! This location was central to the downtown areas we visited, ie, Fenway Park and some stops on the Freedom Trail. The mall behind the hotel was perfect for our needs as well. We would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Nice Hotel with spacious rooms next to restaurants and shopping mall (south bay) where there is also the bus stop to downtown boston. Free breakfast was just ok.

Check in was easy; security needing your room key to use doors & elevator stellar! Room was very well equipped and very clean. Shower with all toiletries was spectacular and quiet for people still sleeping. Handicap parking out front and the breakfast was really outstanding as well as coffee/ tea available all day in lobby! I’ll be back next time in Boston! Thank You

Big room! Great to have a little kitchen area in the room. We didn’t have any chairs (other than the one office chair) for eating in the room, but we figured it out. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and Target nearby for convenience. About a 10 minute walk to the T (subway), which we used everyday. This hotel seems either newer or updated, which was great. It is on the border between a newer and older area, so you will see a mix of nicer and not so nice neighborhoods. However, with our family of four, we felt safe and would recommend this hotel for sure.
