The property is very well kept and close to restaurants, a major highway leading into Downtown, and just about everything you'd need within a 5-minute car ride. The room was nice and clean and didn't feel as though in room amenities were spared. The kids spent time in the (chilly) pool and just hung out in the room. The only disappointment was with the front desk asking my (admittedly small) teen if he needed help as he strolled around in the lobby waiting for a friend's arrival. He answered that he didn't need anything and she replied, "we don't want kids roaming around the hotel". I understand the need for safety protocols and preventing unfortunate occurrences, but there's a way to deliver your message without making guests feel reprimanded and unwelcomed. No biggie, just a mention about it. The property is great, we live in the area and will visit again or refer to our guests as a place to be comfy.

The staff, place, bed, breakfast, skower, was really nice. The problem was the thin walls. Awakened at midnight by the couple next to us arguing loudly. We could hear exactly what they were saying. The actual words and full sentences not just loud sounds. It went on for 4 hours then the last time he told her to STOP TALKING he turned the tv on loudly. We were exhausted for the event the next day we came in for.

Stayed there two nights. The place was very clean and the staff friendly. Good breakfast selection. Pool was clean and the water was warm! Had one small problem with the room which was very quickly remedied. I would stay there again.

Great hotel. Clean, new, friendly staff. Had a terrible guest staying in the room next to us blasting music from midnight until 3 am. Staff attempted multiple times but guests didn’t care one bit.

Very nice hotel - clean and comfortable. There were of us in the suite (that sleeps 5) but only 3 towels. We asked the front desk for a couple of towels and they said no, that there is enough in the room. We said there was only 3 and they refused. We waited until the next shift and they did allow us 1 towel.

Clean rooms minus minimal dust, excellent service. Anytime I come to the area I stay at this location. It’s the cleanest and nicest hotel in the area to my knowledge.

The hotel was very clean and new! My only complaint was the noise. The walls were paper thin. I could hear conversations of the rooms on each side of mine. I called the front desk shortly after check-in they moved me to another floor and still had the same problem. If you’re looking for a quiet/relaxing room this wouldn’t be the hotel to choose.

Great stay. Room was plenty big for the 4 of us. Staff was extremely helpful in allowing us to check in a little early so we can drop off our bags before heading downtown for Taylor Swift concert. Convenience to highway and about 30 min to soldier field which was perfect!

They don't even have enough body towels when I asked for it and didn't even give an effort to provide whatever can I use or replacement of it, they just said they don't have even one. Even complimentary tooth paste they don't supply and doesn't seems they care. With breakfast buffet there's limited food choices and what's worst is their machine for juices and water isn't working, when I asked if there's a replacement like even a pitcher of water or juice they just said they don't have so how would we have breakfast without something to drink even water? In fairness to them, the facility is clean and good.

The only issue I had was with the guy next door whose snoring was so loud that it kept me up half the night! Our family was there for a funeral--and the staff was kind and helpful, so it was a very good situation for us.

I liked staying here it was really clean and neat. The one I disliked was the water when you took a shower. If I wanted the water pressure at a normal rate it had to be scalding hot. If I wanted it in the middle the pressure was barely coming out. On top of that you could hear everything so the couple next door that was getting it on was heard.
