الموقع و الإطلالة على الشاطئ من الشرفة الصغيرة

- الاثاث و المرافق كلها متهالكة و تحتاج للتغيير بشكل جذري بدءا من باب الشقة الى نوافذها مرورا بالاسرة و المراتب و الستائر و الخزن . - عدم الاهتمام بالنظافة واضح جدا اعتبارا اكرمكم الله من الحمام خاصة القعدة و الدوش الى المطبخ بما فيه من صحون و لوازم و وجود بقع على اللحف و الملاءات - وجود صراصير في الحمام - عدم وجود صابون او لوازم استحمام و مناديل و عندما تم طلب صابونة من الحارس اجاب انها متعلقات نظافة شخصية!!! - انقطاع الكهرباء من الساعة الرابعة الى الخامسة من كل يوم و هذا يشمل الأسكندرية مما يعطل المصعد و النت

Not satisfied after two nights at this apartment. Linens didn’t look too fresh. There is huge window at the bedroom which is nice but it is untight- most of the noise from the street bump into your room, as well as a cold during the night. Balcony was covered with dust mixed with fumes. The most difficulty was flow of the water in the shower-water was dripping. Also water heater wasn’t working properly.

Beautiful view. Nice place to stay in.

There were no towels or toilet paper. It was not easy to find the apartment. The taxi driver took a long time to get us there. The address is only written in Arabic on the booking confirmation - which we could not understand. The people who met us at the entrance of the building and gave us the keys, could not understand or speak English or German. Communication was very difficult. Fortunately the owner of the shop just by the entrance helped us a lot.

The view and location were amazing, The apartment is naturally air conditioned. Very clean and stuffed with facilities.

Almost nothing.

Nice place to stay in the middle of the city. The host was attentive, yet you might need a translator app to understand each other if you don't speak Arabic.

In the wintertime, it is a bit cold. And the shower is basically on the floor, yet it's ok for me.
