Family celebrating a high school graduation for one granddaughter and a birthday for another. Loved the location although we were there such a short time we didn't spend much time at the house. Would certainly choose it if we return to the area.

This cabin was amazing. Everything was as listed and the views were amazing. The game room and hot tub were big hits with the kids.

Excellent accommodations! Close to everything! Our family had plenty of room and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen was well equipped, providing everything we needed. We would have loved to have stayed even longer!

I plan an annual trip every spring with my best friend and our families. This year we decided to head to the mountains and this was the perfect property for our group of eight (2 couples, 1 grandma & 3 kids). The kids could not get enough of the game room, if they weren’t eating a meal with us you could hear the laughter and joy coming from upstairs! They also loved the hot tub in the evenings and not having to share a bed with their siblings as they had to on different trips. All eight of us planned a movie night in the theater room, choosing Top Gun it felt like we were at the cinema with the awesome acoustics & surround sound. I highly suggest bringing snacks, popcorn and grabbing a few cozy blankets to accompany you! Location was very convenient to Dollywood & downtown Gatlinburg were we visited Anakeesta and enjoyed the shops. Overall it was an excellent stay, I do have a few recommendations to accommodate future guests. There wasn’t any directions provided on how to use the remote controls for the tv’s, we spent about an hour trying to connect to the internet while figuring out how the different remotes worked in unison. I would suggest having a binder were this could be housed for easy reference, also consider including; menus, coupon books, check in/ out info (this is more for convenience as all info was thoroughly provided in email). Most of the properties we have stayed in the past have this easily accessible. Lastly, the views were picture perfect however with the cleaning fee that is charged all the windows needed a good scrubbing and were overlooked by the cleaning crew for quite awhile. Nevertheless, none of the above recommendations impacted the lasting memories made and the wonderful time we enjoyed here!

The cabin was beautiful, comfortable beds and a great rec room! We did find the parking rather difficult being located on a hill and often found it difficult to get turned around with neighboring renters parking close by. I would suggest bringing additional kitchen towels and dishcloths as only one was provided and we cooked most of the week.

This was our first time in Tennessee, we enjoyed the cabin, spacious and great location and views. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s tvs in every room and eletric fireplaces. We got some snow on Friday and Saturday so our kids were very excited about it being the first time they see snow. There was a couple of things not working properly, the fire place in the living room wouldn’t stay on and the thermostat on the main floor wasn’t working, no big deal as we spend most of our time out and shen home the fireplaces in the bedrooms worked, also at first the place looked clean but a lot of dust and some mildew in the bathrooms I think it needs a more detailed cleaning but I hope they can fix these things for the next guests.

Great place to stay. Lots of room and even small amenities where provided like toliet paper, dishwasher detergent, soap, paper towels, etc. The only thing that was difficult was parking and anyone with mobility issues couldn't handle the steps. But for us it was a great getaway.

The cabin was great for a large family to stay in. The view was amazing! The kids enjoyed the game room immensely. We were conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg.

The cabin was really neat and the amenities were as described.. really enjoyed our stay and had great fun.. just 7-10 mins away from downtown and was easy to commute.. will be back again..

Perfect cabin for a sizable family with games and everything you could need. Very close to town as well!

We had such a good time on our trip and the cabin was the perfect place to retreat to after a long day of exploring. The fireplaces were so nice and the view was beautiful! We loved the game room and all of the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

We LOVED this VRBO. We stayed in another property the night before arriving and the experience was very different. The bedding here was comfy, the entire place was spotless, the management was prompt and fixed our issue while we were at lunch, the hot tub was HOT, and the games were super fun. GREAT property, GREAT hospitality, GREAT trip!

Worked with us for a smooth rental. The washer was broken when we checked in on Saturday and a repair came on Monday snd a part needed to be ordered so the rental agency talked with the owner and she credited us some money so we could go to the laundromat. So much to do in Gatlinburg for all ages.

We had a great time! The bedrooms are on the small side, but there is so much room in the common areas that we were really only in the rooms to sleep. Our kids loved the hot tub and the adults loved the theater room and porch swings. Really close to downtown Gatlinburg while still feeling scenic. Would absolutely stay again!

My only negative comment would be the community swimming pool…pool and pool area were not very clean, but I’m thinking the pool was just opened for the season and they had not had time to clean it up from last season! Our family, 9 adults and 3 children enjoyed our 3 night stay. Great views, excellent proximity to activities and the cabin provided plenty of space for mingling and entertainment on all levels. The kids enjoyed the air hockey, pool table, media room and arcade games. The adults did as well. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots and pans, cooking utensils and plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses. (Blender, mixer, mixing bowls, coffee pot as well). A/C and heat work well and there are thermostats are on each level! We are a family that cooks! So we made use of the kitchen 3x a day. One set of dish towels was provided and 2 packets of dishwasher detergent. One packet of dishwasher detergent was used upon arrival as the plates in the cabinet had dried food on them. Whether washing dishes by hand or via the dishwasher, more dishwasher detergent and drying towels are necessary. 2 kitchen trash bags were provided, if family's are eating in, many more are needed. The beds were comfy, super squeaky/creaky bed frames when you roll over, but comfortable. The cleaning crew needs a firm talking to. The floors were gritty with dirt, my children’s socks were black after running around inside. A few items were discovered in multiple places from prior visitors’ stays. (little girls hair bow and baby bibs). Crumbs were found in at least one of the beds. The extra pillows for the sleeper sofas are stained. I sat on the bed upon arrival and stood up with two random hairs clinging to my pants. Bathrooms were clean. Hand soap was provided and towels. Bring any toiletries you might need. The cabin has a couple of items in need of repair, but nothing major. One of the toilets rocks downstairs and the hot tub's styrofoam cover is smashed up. It's unsightly, but still moderately functional. Overall, our visit was great as we were with family enjoying our time together. The cabin gets a 3.75 out of 5 due to the cleanliness of the cabin upon arrival and the lack of necessary essentials. With a new cleaning crew assigned to this cabin, we would definitely visit again.

We had 6 adults and 8 kids, 15-4. With 3 kings all the adults were happy. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room and theater room. Great location for getting to all the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge activities. It was well stocked for cooking meals. Very clean. We all loved staying there!

We loved the movie room and all the games. The hot tub was awesome too. The cover to the hot tub is not the greatest. The beds were comfortable and we loved all the fireplaces. The lower bunk bed sheets had some crumbs on them. Location was perfect! Easy check-in and check-out process. We had a great time!!!

We made so many memories during this stay. We even saw a bear! The game room was the highlight of the stay. If you do have issues, the managers will handle it immediately. Thank you for wonderful memories. May the Lord God continue to bless your business.
