Location and properties were nice
There were stains on the beds & towels, the glass on the table was shattered into little pieces 2 of my group cut there hands. Needs updating & walls needs re-painting.

Bed was comfortable. Hendon station was close by. Pretty chill

Location - very convenient
Size of space overall was grear
No hot water for 4 days in London in the summer. Host slow to respond, and no solution. No access to advertised balcony - door locked - no key. Host didn’t answer when asked about access and when asked if there was any cooling. A simple how to manual and responding to messages and servicing of hot water would make it great.

Location was great. Loved the outdoor space. Was big enough for what we needed. Liked the secure parking.
Like the fact that with the hot weather there were fans for each bedroom 😊
The fact that they were no instructions on how to get the hot water on so ended up having a cold shower on the first morning and last morning.
There wasn’t enough towels for us all.
Communication with the property owner was not always great and questions were not answered clearly, however once at the property things were ok.

Spacious, 3 good sized bedrooms with good beds and plenty of wardrobes (and hangers!), two bathrooms upstairs, one toilet downstairs. Close to the train. Nice area next to a lake and park. Wifi worked well.
Not enough chairs (only 3) around the kitchen table, and the table itself was broken with an uneven surface. The chairs were cold, metal. Not enough toilet paper and towels. No paper towels for the kitchen. Not enough dish washing tablets.The door to the patio could not be opened.

Proximity to the train station was quite convenient. The security at the property was good. The number of rooms and the beds fit our requirements quite well. There are TV's in the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom, and that was nice to have. Plenty of storage space for your luggage too.
Kitchen utensils could have been better. There was a strange smell of cigarette smoke in the living room. One of the bathroom sinks was not draining water properly. No remote fob was provided for the parking area (just the manual swipe fob) so it was tricky to get into the parking area since only one of the gates opens if you manually swipe the given fob- making it a tricky angle to enter from.

Lovely quiet apartment in a decent location for Wembley stadium. Spacious with 3 good size bedrooms, one with en-suite.
Host communication was none existent. Didn’t respond to one message during my stay. Nice patio outside but we couldn’t locate the keys to the patio door to allow us to use it. TV in kitchen worked fine but unable to get channels in the living room. Couldn’t find free parking, despite asking residents and the concierge, all said the instructions I had were confusing, ended up parking 1 mile away on a residential estate. About a week before the stay received an email asking for ages of occupants, etc. and also informing me of a deposit of £150. This should be displayed up front in the advert for the property. If our ages hadn’t been appropriate and the booking cancelled, there would have been little time to book anything else. 2 days after our stay I had still not received the deposit, I emailed requesting the deposit and actually received a response and the deposit was returned. I shouldn’t have had to send this request.

Guys please think before booking this property because it was very bad experience with the property and guys.
* when we arrived property was left after someone and haven’t been cleaned up
* floors haven’t been mopped and the tables wasn’t cleaned
* in the property wasn’t hot water , so we had to take a cold shower
* only one parking space they provided which got penalty for that , even we done everything what they said we need to do and where to park
*dirty towels with bad smell like it wasn’t washed for ages
* empty beer cans and rubbish from sweets was found in the rooms
* one of the room was leaking from radiator
* some of the furniture was damaged, the walls was so dirty everywhere
* we got penalty for parking they provided us
they took our £200 deposit and haven’t returned for no reason , tried to contact property landlord but they just ignoring us
