The host would not return the deposit fee. She asked for 5000 pesos for the deposit fee and charged us with her wax melter that was actually broken already and claimed that it was a yankee candle which would cost us 3500 pesos. The room itself only costs 4k++ and the accessory in the house costs 3500?! Asked for a proof of the yankee candle photo but Kathy the host refused to. Now we still have a refund of 1500 pesos but our request for the refund falls on deaf ears. Called booking.com several times to no avail.

- it has 2 bathrooms - the location (walk to 2 of the best gay clubs & tonnes of shopping centres) - the comfortable couch - plenty of air con - the super helpful owner Kathy - the large tv with netflix & youtube - soundbar - good kitchen - it felt like home - the owner is the best

- Mattress on main bed is a bit firm

the cleanliness!! it smelt sooo good as soon as we entered, from the bathroom to the beddings. they also provided books, board games, fast wifi & a nice speakers 😊

there were no room slippers or toothbrushes available

Location is very convenient has all the amenities needed

It's close to the malls, and very accessible. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a great view. It is spacious and good for family staycation. The host was accommodating to my queries.
