I didn’t like one thing, the hotel didn’t have a clean room by housekeeper team (the hotel doesn’t offer this kind of service).

I thought everything was perfectly fine until the day of the reservation (made and booked over a month prior) I was called the day of asking when my check in time would be and I said I will be arriving in the evening to check in, the woman said okay and hung up. I come to check in and it’s canceled, my stay, my room, gone. I am still currently waiting on my refund to get back on my card and had to drive home and come back to the event I was attending the next morning. I am never booking through a booking site ever again. I was never told or emailed that my booking was tentative based on my arrival time, or it I didn’t arrive exactly at check in I’d lose a room I booked over a month in advance. All without communicating to me until it was all too late. Absolutely shady and horrible experience.

My room had roaches in it.

Staff was good, although didn’t feel too comfortable with the types of guests that were staying there, 2 am every night the person above us was moving furniture around like a crack head, and the first morning there was a drug deal gone bad, with cops in the lobby, noise hallways late night through the morning, and no hot water in the shower until 6am.

cockroaches in the room, when we entered there were about 4 in the sink, the staff at the front desk were friendly.

A constant smell of cigarette smoke was complimented with a thin mattress and even thinner pillow. Paper thin walls will let you hear everyone and their snoring. Bathroom amenities is nil, so pack all your own soaps and Kleenex. The 7-11 in the shared parking lot is your only option within walking distance for any last minute supplies.

The bed is very frail, you move around and it makes a lot of noise. The hallways had dirty boots from the guests on the outside of their room doors. Tied up trash bags on the doors as well. Looked more like an apartment complex rather than a hotel. You get what you pay for, literally.

Very clean and perfect for what I was looking for. A large refrigerator which was very nice and unexpected but very welcomed.

Smelled of cigarettes

Hotel is suppose to be smoke free, but people were smoking weed and cigarettes in the room which lead in our air vents. Our bathroom was filled with smoke scent and was horrible. The shower did not have hot water. The handle on the toilet was broken so I had to lift the lid to flush the toilet. Will not recommend to anyone and will not stay at any wood Springs again

Building & Staff are OK. But poor Amenities served. Bath and Kitchin etc You need bring everything.

I will not return. There was stains on towels and bed. Hotel smelled like weed. Neighbors next door blasting music at 2 am and no one would answer the phone at the service desk we had to go down there to get someone

You get what you pay for.

Floor smelled like cigs even though it was posted no smoking. Pillows were flat with no extras available. Key card was turned off at 9am even though checkout wasn’t until 11am. The checkin guy was the most amazing person—his morning coworker not so much! She was rude and unconcerned.

I got charged $45 dollars for an upgraded room that was supposed to be really nice. Get to the room and ROACHES are everywhere. They moved me to a different room and took away the $45 fee. That room had ROACHES also. I tell the front desk and they move me to a “third” room. They charged the $45 back because of a King upgrade and it also had “ROACHES”. Needless to say…Never will I stay there again.

This hotel was rated excellent and overall looked great at 1st. However, upon checking in the elevators were broken and I was still placed on the 3rd floor where the hallway smelled of pot and another guest was screaming at his tv VERY loudly over football only to open my door to a still dirty room. I immediately went back down and checked out went to another hotel.

The front desk people were friendly but the floor we were on smelt like someone was smoking in their room, the bed was hard as a rock, blankets were so thin & our neighbors woke me and my boyfriend up multiple times throughout the night.

Rent a car, find a parking lot, and sleep there instead. It’ll be more comfortable than the beds here, safer than the area here, and smell better than the rooms here. If you have another option… any option at all…. Stay there. The money you save at this cost effective place isn’t worth the chiropractor bills after trying to sleep on these “beds”. There wasn’t a single minute that passed that i didn’t hear running in the ceiling, crying through the walls, or pounding ok every crack around me in surround sound. A truly, truly terrible experience

I don't like that they don't do housekeeping daily if you stay multiple days. They charge a linen service fee but they don't give fresh linen daily. They don't collect garbage daily.

Hotel was average bed sucked only had 2 pillows on bed and bed was hard as a rock hallway outside room smelled horrible.

It's a good place to be for business or pleasure!

this was our second stay in the last few month, on both occasions was woke up in the middle of the night because fire alarms and fire trucks out my widow. first night I woke at around 1am to find a number of fire trucks, with light on, sitting outside of my window. the second trip, some guy was cooking a burger in his room and the stove wouldn't shut off. filled the floor full of smoke, alarms went off. With that aside, I will stay there again. It's a great place with great pricing. Just bring along some extra towels a pillows.

The property was clean as expected for a new structure but the overwhelming smell and usage of marijuana was too much. There were guests having cookouts outside the property with alcohol and smoking very present. This hotel is more like a rooming house than a hotel.

No basic amenities provided. Make sure you have your own soap. There is a mini kitchenette with not even a plastic spoon. This place is 100 percent self serving, so bring your own.
