The design of the staircase. Easy to access the property.

Mould, questionable stains, piles of rubbish strewn across the garden...yet they made out like it was clean! They also made us pay a 200 pound deposit and hid a broken clock, having sent us numerous strongly worded messages about how they would charge us if anything was found to be damaged. This made us feel very unwelcome and on edge throughout our stay.

Lovely house with great facilities in a good location for town and local restaurants and supermarkets. Very comfy beds - best night sleep I've had in ages! Would definitely stay again when I return to town!

I booked with booking. Com there web site say something about accommodation is defrant.

Need to be both same what ever . Lots of things defiant between booking. Com and place of accommodation. Mattress quality very poor . Look my pictures I uploaded you can not get this if you booked this property.

Comfort beds.

£200 depisit required to pay before 11:50pm to enter the promise & had to wait outside of the promise quite a while in a cold night until the deposit paid.

Beds were comfortable.

I’ll start with the beds being comfortable, but… it was so hot upstairs… it was near impossible to sleep. No fans, no breeze. The house had a surface appearance of clean, but was in need of a proper clean. Wet bath mat left on floor of bathroom, dirty oven. Minimal cooking pots and pans etc… A $200 deposit is requested after the booking, but the terms and conditions of this deposit are not in the main body of the description which I found to be very cheeky. Deposit was returned as promised.

Very clean and comfortable

The room was cozy and clean. Relaxable. All facilities run in good condition. The host has made improvements based on previous guests' comments, such as the window of the bathroom. And the host actively communicated with us about what we had to provide before we arrived.

The property is located in a quiet street and the location is around 30 minutes driving distance from the Alton Towers which we didn't realize when placing the order. The host asked for proof of my address along with a damage deposit before releasing the entry code which was the first time we encountered it. So we have to take pictures of almost every corner of the property in order to record any possible problems before our stay which made us slightly nervous.

Host was really helpful -especially when we arrived late at night and could not figure out the code!

The bathroom was messy and hot water took a while to come on.
