Two couples stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding. The property is very clean, and the hosts are on site so were able to welcome us and answer questions. A great weekend.

Host was so incredibly welcoming and warm to us, available and helpful all the time. The unit was huge and bright for a basement and extremely clean. It was also beautiful - so we’ll designed and layer out. Best shower I’ve had in years! A definite yes if you’re interested.

Lovely stay in Thai’s well equipped basement apartment. It was extremely comfortable and there was everything and more that we wanted. Thai is an excellent host and checked that everything was satisfactory on several occasions.
There was an issue accommodating us for the last night of our stay but this was a genuine error and Thai helped with finding an alternative, even saying that if this was unsuccessful we could stay with him. This was very much appreciated- thank you for everything Thai.

This is an absolutely beautiful basement suite - high end furnishings and appliances, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean - spotless. The hosts are unintrusive and yet available quickly by text and email, if needed. The hosts make the beautiful back yard available too.
The location is very suburban, nothing is walkable so we rented a car. Uber worked well too.
The only "less than perfect" is the Wi-Fi. The guest network works fine with one user but every time a second person connected to the network, everything ground to a halt.

This property is very clean, spacious, and very well appointed (furniture and appliances). It has a very clean and modern look and was very comfortable.
The hosts were fantastic - they met us upon arrival, showed the units features, and were extremely friendly.
This is a must stay property in the Mississauga area!! We'll be back again.

The apartment is roomy, new and nicely kept. We were especially pleased with the orientation that was provided by the landlords daughters. They were pleasant and professional and set the stage for a lovely visit. Thanks to all involved. I would certainly recommend this rental!

We stayed here while visiting Toronto and nearby suburbs. Everything was brand-new and modern. Thai and his family were very gracious and readily available for any questions, they treat you like family! Will return if back in the area.

Let's start with the host. Thai was fantastic. He was friendly, accessible, courteous and made us feel completely welcome. We felt like we were staying with a friend.
The location is good. The neighborhood is quite nice and there is a walkable nature path close by and shopping for essentials is a short easy drive. I didn't give it a "5" only because if you are looking for an urban environment where you step out of the door and into the city, this may not be for you. Not a problem for us because the Go Train is a short drive away when you are ready to get into Toronto, and the commute is fast.
The apartment was just as it appears in the photos, super clean, lots of attention to detail. There were recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood. etc.
I would definitely stay here again.

Thai and his daughter where great! They met us with smiles and were so welcoming. Thai helped us bring our luggage. I have stayed at many VRBO's and never have I experienced that level of service. They took the time to show us how to work all the smart appliances, the lock and provided hand outs.
The apartment was exactly how it was listed and presented. Just beautiful! This will be my choice to stay whenever I vacay in Toronto.

Our family of 5 (kids ages 17, 13, and 9) stayed for three nights on our family vacation to Toronto. Our host Thai was awesome! He met us upon our first arrival and helped us carry our suitcases inside. He checked on us several times to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. We enjoyed our chats with him.
The apartment was clean and modern and had everything we could have needed and more. We felt safe in the apartment and in the neighborhood. Access on and off the freeway was super easy, which was helpful for our outings to several of the area attractions.
We are so thankful for a wonderful stay, and we will not hesitate to stay again if we are ever in the Toronto area! Thanks a bunch Thai!!!

Excellent Rental. Location convenient to airport ( less then 20 minutes) and our destinations. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Rental has lots of amenities, Keurig, Air Fryer, Peleton. Top of the line appliances. Loved the Rainfall shower. Host is very personable and responsive, lives on premises.

Luxurious accommodations with an at-home feel made us very welcomed. So comfortable and quiet to the point that we slept way later than we ever usually do. The host and his family are quality people. Also, it is a great location convenient to many areas of interest.

Thai and his family are amazing hosts, it made our time in the city that much better. The location was perfect, we were 15-20 minutes from everywhere we needed. The property was beautiful, smart appliances, well decorated, and everything we needed was supplied. Thai’s communication throughout our trip was fast and impressive. We had a great time and if ever in the Mississauga/Toronto area, we’ll be back!!

Everything about this apartment was perfect. It was very clean, all the equipment was high-tech and we had everything we needed. All the facilities where great, and it was closeby Toronto Centre. We would definitely recommend this one!

Luxurious and well appointed basement accommodation with lovely big back yard, a half drive from Downtown Toronto and 15 mins to the airport.
Beds super comfy, great showers and spacious. & comfy lounge living area with plenty of viewing options on the surround sound entertainment system.
Thai and his daughter were gracious and attentive hosts. A really positive experience. And Oreo the dog was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much!

Our stay, hosted by Thai and family, was fantastic. The photos don’t do justice in terms of the size of this very spacious suite. Both bedrooms are large and separated nicely from each other. The two bathrooms are both large and luxurious. The living area is very comfortable with a great tv and surround sound. The kitchen is way beyond anything we’ve previously experienced in a short term rental, with very high end appliances. It is very well appointed and everything you could want is present. The host was so kind to offer that if we were missing any simple foodstuffs to just ask rather than buying for ourselves. It is immaculate throughout. Very large entrance doors provides some beautiful natural light. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to use the backyard, it is very spacious and private. Ample parking and very clear instructions for all aspects of our stay. Thai and family are very kind and warm. Would definitely return!

Was smooth and very welcoming when we arrived (helping us with our bags!) was very clean and actually nicer and larger then in the photos if that’s even possible. Would stay there again for our next event.

This property is exactly as described! It is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but still close to so many things. I was staying there while repairs were completed at my apartment and it was such a comfortable stay. Thai and Sam were so nice. They greeted me when I arrived and gave me a tour and showed me how to work everything. I have a little dog that I brought with me and he was right at home too. I will be recommending them to my family when they come in to visit!

My wife and I came on an anniversary trip, Thai and Sam were exceptional hosts and the place is wonderful. Everything in the unit is top of the line and it is exceptionally clean, the area is beautiful. I walked through the forest behind the house on some walking trails and thoroughly enjoyed it. We felt so at home and comfortable. Location is perfect close to everything but secluded and quiet, could not have been happier with our choice of stays!
