Big room with lots of space. Very clean. Comfy bed. Nice view of the river from our room. Friendly and responsive staff.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms were big and everything was clean and looked new

The room was decent, somewhat clean. Had a very strong smell

First off there was only cold water so I could not shower. Second, I went in the bathroom and locked the door...I got locked in, my husband went to the front desk, but they were closed. I panicked and he had to budge the door open which broke it. We tried to tell them the next morning and they yelled at us, wouldn't listen, demanded money and called the cops. They could care less that I was scared and freaking out and felt unsafe...what if there was an emergency??? I was supposed to stay locked in the bathroom instead of breaking down the extremely cheap door?

I liked the large bathroom, additional small office room, also comfort and cleanliness.

There was nothing that I didn't like. One small inconvenience - no breakfast at the RR Inn and absence of breakfast dinners near by.
