Большой номер за отличную цену. Идеально подходит диванчик где можно проводить время за чтением, а не лежать все время на кровати

Про персонал - забронював номер ввечері, ранком передзвонили та стали вимагать передплату. На сайті такої вимоги не було, відмовив, тоді відказали в розміщенні. А коли написав зауваження на сайті, то збрехали, що мова була про страховий депозит.

Крики, драки, насилие в соседних номерах , никаких действий администрация не предпринимает.

В номере нет горячей воды, купаться невозможно так как она даже не теплая, стиральной машинки тоже нет, интернет слабоват

Large bed, equipped kitchen (e-stole, fridge, kettle), bright comfortable bathroom, air conditioning, smoothing iron.
No hair dryer. Weak TV, didn't load YouTube videos and films. Some problems with elevators.

In a tiny room owners managed to fit all you need for even a long term stay. Having a washing machine and fridge for the price is great.
You also have a couple of shops with packaged food on the 1st floor.
I did not manage to get heated towel rail working 🤔. Considering it did not have any control panel it might as well be broken.
The bed was slightly damaged, as well as a door frame. Nothing critical.
Important note for winter visitors: heating in room is electric, so without power it can get quite cold.

The price was okay for the offered amenities, but the overall experience was very unpleasant
Sex/music noises and cannabis smell from the neighbors. The place is located in the middle of nowhere, area feels unsafe. The building is basically a converted factory with rows of tiny apartments, more of a dorm than an apartment complex. The room was kinda equipped, but not clean enough, doesn't feel homie at all.
